I'm turning 21 in a few months (December) and for a while wanted to travel to England around that time until someone brought up the topic of weather. Then I was like, duh, winter sucks in Europe, so not worth the money. I was in Sweden for a year (June 06-June 07) and winter was tough, and it was considered a "green winter" by the Swedes! I'm still planning the trip, but for summer time. Hopefully 2 weeks-month depending on the accomodations.
Other than that, consistent trips to LA and San Diego.
