Yes that's right
A california woman sues victoria's secret for a faulty thong.
She claims the waistband snapped and a metal piece flew up and scratched her cornea.
when Victoria's secret asked to view the undergarment, the woman's lawer refused.

im guessing they thought they might tamper it or something...but she did have damage to her cornea...
