 The highest point upon the mountain. In fact, this is where the city rests upon, but due to its mystical barrier, the castle remains unseen to the non city dwellers. The barrier was created to keep demons, and certain other factions out, but it does bear the vulnerability to be bypassed by those of a high mystical caliber. (2nd class knights and above)

So, Hakuma had to ba a powerful warrior to pass through the barrier? Hakuma wasn't quite sure what she had in mind, but he trusted her completely. He;s trusted her since he met her on the floating Island, and through the Dawn Strider territory, Hakuma should be able to trust her to show him the way to the Holy knights.

Stopping at the edge of the peak, the Dawn Captain stands with her hands on her hips. "Welcome to the Holy City." she replies, smiling slightly. Of course, the boy wouldn't be able to see the city, but she could see the outlines of it. As a prior city dweller, she knew the location, and could still faintly see it. Sighing in agitation, she still wasn't exactly sure how to get the monk through the barrier with her.

"So... this barrier, would we be able to feel it push us away?" Hakuma bega with the questions again. What else could he really do? He has lived his whole life secluded in one temple his whole life until right now, questions are only natural for Hakuma at this moment.
"I mean... how exactly does this barrier keep me out?"

"If I had to guess, I'd think it could instantly take you to the other side of it.... I don't know for sure, really. Never been denied." she shrugs, not really caring how it worked either. "Now let's concentrate on the more important thing at hand... getting you through the stupid thing." she replies, sighing in annoyance. "Any plans, my dear monk."

Hakuma began to think out loud.
"Well the barrier is definitely not going to let me through if I use force, so that's definitely out of the question... we've gone too far to go back and ask someone who is a Holy Knight to just let us in... c'mon, think... what makes a Holy Knight able to get through, but keeps those who are Dawn Striders and Dark Knights out?" Hakuma asked her as he continued to think of a solution.

"Oh, I don't know. Do I look like a Holy Knight to you? The barrier isn't strong enough to keep someone of my caliber out, so I can just walk in. You, my friend, I have no idea. If I had to guess, it's probably their almighty Holy aura." she waves her hands around in a mock gesture, as if the whole thing annoyed her. She still didn't get exactly what the big deal was about. The city wasn't that great anyway, so she understood why to make it invisible, but to go to the trouble of a barrier annoyed her.

"Maybe it's just because the Dawn striders, the Dark Knights, and the Holy knights act on different purposes...." Hakuma began to guess, tried to see if the Dawn Leader would agree with him, rather.
"Each faction has they're set of goals and aspirations, maybe if I simply support they're cause and act like a holy knight... I could simply walk on through?" Hakuma theorized.

"It's worth a try...." she replies, shrugging. "I don't know how the whole things works. Never had this problem before. Try it. If it doesn't work, turn around and come back." she shrugs again, not really caring either way. If he didn't come back, she'd just continue on to the city, and have someone send out a team or something. No skin off her back.

Hakuma nodded, a little agitated in the Dawn Leaders response. He was expecting more from a person such as herself, but nonetheless Hakuma showed his respect and made his way down the steeper part of the peak. Hakuma's legs began to slide downwards with no chance of stopping, luckily Hakuma was able to keep his balance and not end up rolling down the steep mountain like a giant ball. His legs continued sliding at a fast rate until suddenly he felt a force slightly tugging back at him forcing him unable to go downwards. It felt as if a trampoline had just bounced him back in the other direction. ((whoops, anachronism))
'This must be the barrier....' Hakuma thought as he attempted to bypass the barrier. The more Hakuma pushed a the barrier, the more he could see faded out images o what looked like a city ahead. Hakuma's pushing began to slowly inch his way forward as the barrier began to give in to Hakuma's virtuous spirit. After several minutes of inching his way forward, the force of the barrier seemed to disappear as Hakuma was launched forward by his own force, landing face first in a pile of snow that stopped him from rolling downhill.
'It worked! Because I was pure at heart, I was able to make it through!' Hakuma said realizing his theory was now fact. As son as Hakuma picked his head out of the snow, he was able to see it in the distance. The Holy City itself with it's magnificently colossal size and it's tall buildings. It was something Hakuma could only dream about.
"I'm in! I broke through the barrier!" Cried out Hakuma behind him trying to see if the Dawn Leader could hear him past the barrier.

At that precise moment, said captain floated down to land in the beside him. An amused expression crossed her face at how the boy had landed, but at least he'd made it through. "Welcome to the Holy City." she makes a wide, sweeping gesture, even though they still had a little bit to walk before actually reaching the city, but whatever. Close enough.
"When we reach the city, I don't know where you are planning on heading, but I'm going to need to speak with a certain someone..... who probably won't come, but if I flaunt my aura around enough, he should show up eventually." she shrugs, not really caring either way. She could always try her hand at pillaging, but what fun would that be alone? Maybe she'd hook up with some dark knights sometime, and pillage a few just for the experience. It wouldn't be anything personal, but what would people be able to do about it? Nothing.... to her at least. And that was half the fun. Smirking slightly with her new plan, the Dawn Leader leads {haha} the way to the Holy City.
