This one is a bit tough. Koga has his speed from the jewel shards while Inuyasha has the power of the tetsiga (if i'm spelling it right).
I like Koga and he is very cool, but knowing the above I'd have to say Inuyasha. The fact that I believe more in power than speed, even though what is power without speed, is why I'd have to say Inuyasha.
