I was curious as to your opinions on elegant/aristrocrat/prince hair cuts.

Now I have s'more time I figure i'll actually explain it a little better. xD;
I want to adopt a more elegant/princely style for...Well, just because I want to but anyways.
One of my first concerns though is the hair, it always holds me back on outfits as I'm just not a "hair-person" aka, I really need your help.
So what I would like are;
General suggestions- What looks best for more mature boy-loli?
- Is short hair a given or is it better kept long?
- PICZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one
-General advice about clothing is also appreciated. :3
