very safe pranks. You don't have to be mean and destructive to play a good prank. You have to have fun and not hurt anyones feelings or make people mad.
Cup on the Roof
Duct-tape an empty soda cup to the roof of your car, and enjoy the reactions of other drivers. To make the most of the joke, you need to act completely oblivious to the honks and hand signals that are sure to come your way – sing along with the radio with great gusto, smile and wave at well-meaning travelers, etc. I recommend using auto tape this way it doesn't hurt the paint when you remove the cup.
Small Changes
This is another prank requiring the car keys. The idea is to change one small thing in a person's car each day. For instance, reprogram a radio station, change the height of the driver's seat, or clean up a pile of leftover napkins. The longer you can keep this going, the better the overall effect. Just try to keep a straight face when your friend or co-worker complains about all the little things he or she doesn't remember doing to the car.
Wrapping
Wrapping someone's car is a classic safe car prank. You can use plastic wrap or toilet paper, and the more complete the covering, the better the effect. Be considerate, and save this prank for the weekend, or another time when unwrapping the car won't make someone late for school or work.

i like the first one but i'll get in trouble if i do the last one and the second wouldn't work much and if i do it to my parents i could get in trouble

I have done the second one. not only to a car but a friends house.
Little things at first. Like cleaning up a cluttered desk top.
I never changed the radio stations. But cleaning the car as a surprise for your folks. They would most likely be happy they didn't have to do it.
Pranks can be fun and helpful. Not hurtful.
I will try to find more pranks that won't get people in trouble.
Aprils fools day is the best day to pull a safe prank. It is fun and if done in fun won't make anyone mad at you.

after seeing the episode of that 70's show when kelso rode in a kano on concreat I decided to chace a friend down a hill in one. not safe or smart but it was funny.

Me and a bunch of friends are going on a camping trip soon....Any good camping jokes? We've already tp'd a car, put lake weed (like sea weed, but from a lake lol) in sleeping bags, zip tied tents shut, and I've hidden one of my friend's kids in the trees.
I'd like to add that I'm not old, I'm just wierd. Very long complicated story as to why I don't hang out with kids my own age...

my favorite prank was when i had a air-soft gun and i set it up to where when u open the door the string will come loose and a marble will fall onto the string and pull the trigger LOL he got shot in the nuts
