Does, any one know what is a good way to deal with stress. I've had a lot of it mounting up on me for the past few years but I can never seem to get rid of it. I'll end up having a depression in a way no matter how happy the times before have been....

Find something you enjoy to do. I love listening to music or picking up a good book. So, I have either my iPod or a book handy for whenever I need it. It helps me get away from the issues for long enough to calm down.

How can you say that its a good idea if you've never heard of them,? They're metalic balls that are ussually hollow with small chimes inside so that when you roll them properly in your palm they make quiet chiming soundy chirpy thingies. xp lol

Start something that has its own minor stress...so you can concentrate on that and forget about the other stress. Suggestions--sports, learn a new instrument, an art class, etc.

Personally, I find that sometimes just walking helps. I do theater a lot, so it gets the jetters out of my stomach before I go on stage. Walking also gets your mind moving; I did that a lot in the second half of my past school year (tons of stressful things going on at that point). 'hope that helps!

^Agree. Taking a long walk can help calm your mind when stressed out.
