People will find that I am very strict when it comes down to the running of my guild. I feel that we need rules and regulations into running these places as to minimise the work for the crew members and to keep the guild enjoyable for everything. So please I ask that you try and stick to the rules of you will need to accept the consequence of your actions!
Rules:
arrow please keep to the Gaia TOS
arrow please do not post repeat threads. They will be deleted. We have the stickies to help keep the guild clean and organised so most of the main threads will be stickies.
arrow please keep the fan girl behaviour to a bare minimum and only in the threads that are provided for it.
arrow please keep the language clean, there are young people on Gaia as well as some of us adults who don?t care to see people spouting off vulgarities at any chance they get.
arrow please try and be as literate as you possibly can. I understand that typos happen, it happens to me all the time, but I do not want to see things like typing in all capitals, using numbers in words that clearly don?t need them, slang and abbreviations are not necessary.
Example: ?I h8TE all these Rulz. They Sux Ballz? <-------- that is not acceptable. If you are old enough to be on Gaia and formulate your own opinions about things you should also be able to speak in clear sentences and with proper spelling for the most part.
arrow absolutely no bumping or spamming in the guild this just aggravates the mods
arrow please mind the mods. We are a kind group of people but if you anger any of us with some kind of behaviour or the posting of useless threads or anything like that it makes us not so happy. And please look carefully in the guild for threads. There is a Question and Answer thread for any questions that you may have, please post them there and don?t PM the mods. If it is absolutely necessary that you PM one of us then you may but we don?t want to hear why you love Gerry so much, or if you want to bare his Children... we really don?t care about things like that. We classify that as spam!
arrow be an active member of the guild if it is within your power. if you want to be here you have to at least post like once or twice or i am afraid i may have to delete you in the clean up process
The contract
yes I do have a contract for the guild. It just shows me that you have read through the rules and are capable of taking responsibilities for your own actions. So here is what I as you to do. Copy the form into the text body of a reply to this thread and sign your name in the place provided. It is as simple as that!
