I was actually planning on promoting one member to crew for every 100-200 members. And I was going to hire the first when we reached 200.
But since I'm not on Gaia much anymore, I'll be needed more help managing the guild, inviting new members, etc.
If you're interested in becoming crew, PM me and say why you think you should be promoted. It doesn't have to be long, a small paragraph is fine.
I will be looking through the forums and checking out your behaviour/courtesy to others.
You have a higher chance of becoming crew if you have a higher post count or have been in the guild since the beginning.
If you apply and are not promoted, don't worry. It's either because you're new or don't have a high enough post count.
Your application will be kept and you may be promoted when I think you're ready.
