As of now I am going to instigate a new set of rules if anyone has an issue with it talk to Fairly Z other than that get over it.

1. When a deal has been made after money has been received items must be shipped within three days unless there has been a agreement between the buyer and seller. If this is not strictly adhered to I will personally pursue legal action.

2. From now on all non car related items will be separated from automotive related items and entire cars will be separated from parts and non automotive items. Computer parts, electronics, etc. This one while not the most important thing in the world, I do want adhered to, to reduce clutter.

3. If you are uneasy with a sale or seller or buyer you have two options. 1) Don't be afraid to ask questions or back out of a deal if you are uncomfortable, or you can ask myself or another mod(If pay-pal or snail mail is being used.) to act as a sort of escrow service.(Middle man.) I will do it free of charge. I just want to be sure that no one on this guild gets screwed.

4. This is my most important rule at this point until I revise or make more. Because of the recent upsurge of untrustworthy people you must have permission from a mod before posting an item for sale. This works on a 3 strike basis. The first strike your thread will be deleted and you will receive a warning and be required to wait 24 hr. to post it back up. On the second all mods will be made aware of the situation and your buying and selling privileges will be revoked until a time we decide together. On the third strike I will just go into the members list and delete you, if you have shown flagrant disregard for the rules then I will not allow you to keep breaking them.

5. Asking price and pictures must be included. it can be obo but I don't want someone flipping out because they don't feel like they got enough money. So if you are gonna sell post up a price. And if pics are already here somewhere a link would be just fine.


I reserve the right to edit or add rules as I see fit if you have a problem with that thats to bleeding bad isnt it.
