The town of Silent Falls, once a prosperous town, now deserted, killed off by demons brought forth from their own sick rituals. Nestled deep within the Forest of Creation, the largest and oldest forest on the continent of Ivalace, this town holds a dark secret.

Since its start as a small village it housed a clan of witches, and groups of witch hunters. Once the secret of the Witches was found out the witch hunters began killing them off, one by one. The witches took the beatings and hid quietly. For the longest time they did nothing, for they were good witches. But the witch hunters pulled the last straw when they captured the daughter of the witch Elder and raped her then burned her at the stake. The last of the witches gathered in the center of town and brought forth demons of old, born at the origin of the world to protect it, and died to keep it safe. The Demons of Old came to the witches’ call and killed off the witches and witch hunters alike. Only a few witch hunters survived. They tried to escape but the Demons of Old had sealed off the town, making it unable to leave once you are in.

100 years later the blacksmith shop, the bazaar, the marketplace, the stables, the church, the school, the houses stand. But to the country of Ivalace the town is nothing but a myth. Scholars have erased the town’s evil history from the history of Ivalace. But some people still believe it’s true. Travelers and treasure hunters go into the forest with their swords and armor and horses to find the town but none come back. The ones that do never found it.

It was said that all the Demons of Old died off again after they killed the town, but a new demon was born and can be found in the darkest corners of the town, seeking revenge on the people that still live there.

Miserie giggled as another human ran through the barrier. She appeared in front of him. She said noting but her eyes looked out from under her black bangs. Her hair fell down to her back and blood covered her. He pulled his blade. "Back demon!" He shouted, seeing her red eyes. She frowned and disappeared, then darkness settled over the town. In a few moments a monster came from the darkness and killed the man. Aftew a few minutes the darkness subsided the girl appeared next to the dead man, looking at him. Then she disappeared again.

Lucian woke up after a little break he took and started walking again, after he walked for about five minutes he came to the town and looked at it "Looks..like I was told it did" he said and then walked in having a sword on his back wrapping in what looked like bandages and didn't mind the girl bend down next to the dead man and just headed for the Pub.

what a fun kid "playing with one of my daggers" wonder where one can get some...information around here and maybe a good place to sleep..

Miserie appeared on a broken wall a few feet from Shadow. "Wanna play Monsters?" She asked.

Still in the pub and got a drink and was on his second on as he looked up at the bartender and smiled "i have a feeling things get funner when it gets dark" he asked the bartender and without getting and answer the bartender walked off.
