Kumogakure has always had an abnormal amount of Lightning users, though they were never more than average, they always were able to get their job done. The Last Raikage, the Fourth, was said to be the strongest Raiton user of Kumo's time. That is, until Raijin was born. In Kumo, it was quickly learned that a burst of chakra from babies (The spanks caused that oddly enough) was just enough to tell what Affinity the child would have long before it learned to channel chakra.

Imagine the Docters surprise when a just born baby crumpled the paper with so much Lightning Chakra that it sent a few volts up his arm. The paper had dropped from his hand, still crumpling, until when it hit the ground it was no more than a small three-centimeter in diameter ball full of ripples.

Being named Raijin for his affinity (And the fact that his mother had died and they couldn't think of anything else) Raijin was sent to the best possible orphanage, and then sent to the Ninja Academy when he hit three. Academy Student at three, Genin at seven, Chuunin at nine, and Jounin (No one knows he was a STORM Operative) at Fourteen, Raijin lead a very hectic and fast paced life.

He was hailed as a prodigy (Though he wasn't, he was just pushed so hard that he had to get good), and was paraded around without a moments thought about anything the boy had wanted, but he was fine with it. The Cloud Village had finally gotten the Shinobi to rival the other villages Legends.

Nine years later, when Raijin had been named the successor of the Raikage, the Yondaime Raikage was assassinated in a botched attempt of Raijin's life. He was thrust into the position by civilian, and shinobi, demand, and has only just started at the job. Lets just hope there are no problems.

Style

Raikouken
The Raikouken is a Taijutsu based off the principle of the Leaf's Goken, combining outer damage and bone damage with Lightning Chakra, allowing them to do more damage without the opponent feeling it since the Lightning Chakra numbs the area. Essentially it allows you to do damage without your opponent knowing why your attacks don't hurt, and why their body was getting slower.
