The old rules post was unorganized and contained a bunch of other stuff so I redid it.

- Follow Gaia's ToS and whatnot
- No invincible characters, everyone can die.
- Be Real, Don't go overboard, just KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)
- Quick! Call the police! Let me or any crew member know if someone breaks the rules, even if it's me.
