I'm new to this guild and this my first thread made here. This guild seems fun and awesome and I don't want it to die and I'm sure you don't want it to die either, I have a list of suggestions to keep this guild alive.
1. Games- Make a variety of games that are fun and will make this guild more fun.
2. Active members- Having active members who post a lot is important in a guild.
3. Banners- If you are a good artist, try making lively banners that will attract other gain's attention.
4. recruiting- If you have friends on gaia who aren't in any guilds or want to join another guild, invite them so we can have more members.
5. Posting- We should post a lot more no matter what the topic is, we need to keep this guild alive so post your brains out!!! xp
I thank all who took the time to read my suggestions to keep this guild alive, so don't let this guild die and do whatever you can to help!!!*bows graciously*

I thank you for taking the time to make announce this. I am doing what I can to bring in members (recruit) I have appointed mods to do this too. I'm not sure if the banner link thread is still up, bit if it is, I suggest that all members that want to help bring more attention to the guild, add a link to the main page for this guild so then people can request to join too. I would do this, but I have to wait after my b-day because I am questing and my sig won't fit in another banner+link.
Games.. well, there are a few games, but if anyone has an idea for a new game, let me know and we'll put it up on the guild. If it is successful, we might even make it a sticky.
Active members.. whoo boy, we need those. Those who prove thier dedication to the guild can be appointed mod status if I see that they are worthy of the honor.
Recruiting.. well, i kinda explained that already. A recruiting thread outside of this guild might be a good idea.
Posting.. another thing I agree with. The popular threads are getting attention, but some aren't.. post wherever you can and whenever.. and If you think there is something not being discussed, then feel free to make a thread for it. Make it withing reason though...please, no spam thread, adverts, or threads that just shouldn't be here. there is a thread for adverts and links.

In all honesty, I don't think more games are gonna help. They're fun sometimes, of course, but an overabundance can drive a person away (not to say it drove me away, I've just been busy with other things. xp ).
I'm a first-time guild owner myself, so I'm not really sure how to attract more users and such. sweatdrop

Excellent suggestions. I'll do my best in trying to stay active. I'll need someone to kick me in the rear if I start to become inactive. I tend to be pulled away from my guilds when I'm on Helper duty so...yeah, I'll do my best. 3nodding

If you can try to advertise the guild in the Guild suforums of Gaia, that way our name gets spread out quicker.

Umm might I make a small point that while its all well and good to put our name out and have members toting links (like moi') what I think would help would be some sort of recruitment message. Guilds need a purpose, something to hold it together that's distinctive. We are listed as an interest-based guild, so what's our interest. It's all well and good to say join our guild, but there needs to be a why to go with that what.

Originally we were going to have a role playing thread dedicated to telling the story of the knights. However that RP was never fully utilized and was put on the back burner. We became a hangout guild basically over that course of time and we're pretty much a hangout guild to this day. So I think at this point the guild has become more or less a hangout and we invite people who are well mannered and generally fun to be with.

I have been terribly busy since school started and on top of that I have a most henious cold so I haven't been posting all that much anywhere. I'll try to be better. This is a cool guild and it's a lot of fun.
