Photosynthesis: He has chloroplasts in his hair and eye cells, giving him the ability to photosynthesize. But it also turned his hair and eyes green.
Telepathic link with plants and fungi: He is able to communicate telepathically with all plants and fungi. This gives him an almost unlimited knowledge about them.
Animate plants and fungi: He is able to control the movements of all plants and fungi. With this he is able to cause large amounts of destruction, ride on trees, level an entire city if he chooses, and many other things.
Increased plant and fungal growth: Because he knows so much about plants, he is able to make them grow much faster and larger than they could anywhere else.
Biography:
When he was a child, he always loved plants. At the age of 8 he discovered that he could communicate with plants and fungi. He quickly gained an large knowledge on plants and skipped most of grade school. By the time he was 22 he had a Ph. D. in botany.
Not too long after, he discovered he could also control the movements of plants and fungi. He went to show other people his newly discovered powers, but everyone just thought he was insane. So he left and decided that he would help by stopping criminals. But every time he tried to help, he ended up causing more damage. Soon everyone began to hate him.
He left town and began to plot revenge. Most days he would stay inside a lab, trying to give himself more powers. All he managed to do was give himself the ability to photosynthesize. To this day he is recruiting other villains to complete his revenge.
Personality: Smart, likes power, likes plants more than he does humans, likes to be alone.
