There is a city that is said to never stop fighting. The city is called Menan, named after the first lord who started the city. From him five children were born and all but one changed their last name in order to have a fake claim upon the city. Ever since that moment not one lord has controlled the city without another lord killing him. The city is split into five sections each with its different power. The first lord, Keneth Menan, a direct descendent of the original lord and he controls the most powerful portion on the right which is about twenty-five percent of the whole city. Lord Sivil takes the bottom half and keeps the peace with Lord Menan out of fear taking another twenty-five percent of the city. Lord Kythe takes the left and is constantly working with Menan to manage the two ever fighting lords and often raids Lord Sivil and he also takes twenty-five percent. The two lords Insa and Worthos fight over the last twenty-five percent having their territories stuck next to each other drawing a line down the center to mark their territory. Menan is even attacked some times but he puts down the uprisings fairly quickly but Kythe has a harder time with it because of Insa's ambition.

Territories and Their Bonuses Menan Territory-Menan territory is highly organized and clean. Each house is tall and the markets are prosperous. If you live here Menan gives you the protection of a large army and half breeds get bonuses here. The bonus grants half breeds a power called berserk which adds strength and speed for five posts. Also if you work for Lord Menan himself he can give any power he has the power to give and weapons and armor. Sivil Territory-Lord Sivil keeps his city secure enough but not to Menan's standard. His territory breeds smart thieves and assassins making the territory perfect for vampires and other night creatures. They gain a stealth bonus which pretty much just increases their speed and skill making it very hard for the enemy to block for five posts. Lord Sivil grants armor and weapons as rewards for assassinations of military leaders of all the lords but Menan, the last time he did that he lost half his assassins. Kythe Territory-The houses in Kythe's territory are massive and heavily protected and it goes double for the border. It is most likely why Kythe's territory has never been taken even by all of Lord Insa's attacks. Many Demons and Lycans live in the city and are known for their amazing defense bonus which renders them almost invincible for three posts. Kythe gives better armor and weapons to those who prove themselves in battle. Insa Territory-Insa is known as the silent tactician by many because his borders have been breeched many times but forces never make it far. In this territory all races gain the bonus of an all around increase that lasts for five posts granting them full capability to use their minds over raw power. Insa doesn't give weapons and armor instead he allows all his people to choose what ever armor and weapon they would like but the best weapons do not compare to those that the other lords have. Worthos Territory-Worthos' territory is more like a ghetto then anything else. His commands are always to raid and pillage and he gives his people an enhanced strength ability which lasts for three posts but they can break blocks and kill massive amounts of people before it ends. Worthos does not have armor per say, he gains what he has through raids so only the strong keep the armor and weapons.

Things Explained Basically the whole weapons and armor thing only applies to the NPC's which every person in this rp will control. The ranks will only go down to sergeant so everyone can control NPC's and the higher the rank the more NPC's, oh and the higher ranks get to control the lower ranks as per the obvious. As for the whole bonus thing, sadly it only works on NPC's otherwise it would be cheap and you don't have to put it in your profile because everyone will know you have the bonus. Also to prove that I am not against feminine power the ladies have pretty much equal power with the lord. For example take Augustus and Livia in Roman times, Livia pretty much controlled Caesar Augustus and only a few people knew. Oh and all lords and ladies have to make their last name match the territory, you can't be John genericlastname and be Lord Sivil, you would be John Sivil.

Rules 1) I am using indigo to have a different color then dark red which was getting old not because of any other wiered reason you came up with.
2) These rules are more like guidelines and things I didn't put in the explaination.
3) The color that I made each territory when I explained them is the color the lord must post in when making a large NPC move so no one gets confused.
4) I may add more things as they come up.

Race: This is a medieval fantasy RP So that means any race that doesn't have to do with technology beyond medieval. So Elves, Vampires, Lycans, Midgets, whatever.
Side: Menan, Sivil, Kythe, Insa, Worthos
Weapons: Keep in mind that this is not set in modern times; swords, axes, lances, and such. No god weapons, that is a given, and make sure that the weapon matches your character and the side you are on. For example, if you live in Sivil your weapon won't be a giant weapon that kills tons of people, that is for Kythe or Worthos.
Powers/Abilities: I do not have any real restrictions other then, as before, to pick your powers based on the side you are on. Worthos' side will not have powers to turn people into bunnies.
Personality: It can be as blunt or as descriptive as necessary.
Description: A written description of your character and please go into detail but not to the point of making people sick after reading it.
Appearance: Just a picture of what your character looks like roughly. This is optional but suggested, the only reason I don't have a picture is because I couldn't find one and if you are in the same boat then who cares, it's optional.
Bio: I ask that this be a decent length only so that people have an idea of what you may do and also this is a great reference for you to look at should you either need an inspiration of something to talk about or to simply react in the way your character should in a certain type of situation.

Keneth sat on his throne and was speaking with a few of his officers. The throne next to him was empty which meant the Lady of the land was not present."Worthos is pushing me with his failed attempts at attacks on our border. Sivil keeps complaining about Kythe's raids but I choose not to care about that at the moment. Insa is also pushing me, Kythe has been more then clear that Insa should stay in his own territory yet he continues to conduct very powerful raids upon my brother. Send a small troop of reinforcements to patrol the borders for Kythe and deploy the heavy guard to our northern border but keep a large group of scouts to watch Sivil. Send a messenger to Sivil saying that if he chooses to attack even our scouts I will go to the front line myself."Keneth waved them off and stared off into the distance. How beautiful his land was, he would protect it with his last breath.

Alexandra baths in the sunlight in one of the gardens and smiles seeing the garden in bloom. “I wonder what my husband is doing right now. I think I shall go and bug him,” as Alexandra says to herself and smiles. As she gets up the baby breath flowers and moon flowers cling to her hair at she walks down to the throne room greeting the guards as she walks elegantly.

Keneth smiles as she enters and stands. He waves the guards away and the room became empty. Keneth embraced her and then spoke in his soft but resonant tone as he pointed towards the grand window of the throne room."Even now our power remains the strongest in this city. I have sent troops to help Kythe with Insa, but Worthos is becoming quite the annoyence. What should we do about him my love?"Keneth smiled and stroked her hair. He often asked for her advice on such things and may be she would save him a lot of time and come up with a grand solution.

Alexandra sees him stand and wave the guards to leave. As he embraced Alexandra she kisses him on the cheek and smiles at him lovingly. Alexandra listens to what Keneth said and is drawn in to his soft tone of voice at the moment and then looks out the window in the throne room. She closes her eyes as he stokes her hair and prepares her opinion. “I see that our power is the strongest dear. I understand Kythe and Insa need troops but how much damage has Worthos done this time love?” she says using her softest voice.

They walked to the portion of the window that showed the northern border and pointed into the distance."He has been sending raiding parties that have not taken much but have made the citizens very upset. Their complaints grow ever taxing so I sent a large force to protect our border as a temporary solution. Do you think we should attack his border? I have always acted as peace keeper and this would put me in a rather bad situation with the lords upon our next meeting for they would surely use this to their advantages."Keneth kissed his wife before she spoke again, he valued her opinion greatly, but he was a man after all.

Alexandra looks at where he points out in the large window after walking closer to it. She gathers her thoughts together but is interrupted by a kiss which in she responses back sweetly and smiles. “I see. I think we should not attack the border yet until it is discuss in the meeting but if Worthos troops cross to our border love plan an attack for his. I would not want the citizens to see that much bloodshed unless deem necessary and getting hurt,” Alexandra says sweetly and starts playing his hair while laying her head on his chest.

Keneth kissed her head and spoke once more with the same quiet intensity."My love your mind could beat even Insa's. With the border guard there we won't have any complaints and Kythe will keep Sivil in line until Worthos is done with his fit of madness. I guess upon the next meeting I will have to be a little upset over the border issue."That would surly work for Keneth was rarely even aggitated with things let alone upset. Anger usually involved the person's head impaled upon a stick so this would shake things up a bit, or so he thought.

Alexandra smiled and spoke softly again, “Thank you for the compliment love. I see… I know Worthos will be dealt with soon enough. Dear I know you will be a bit upset with the meeting but it shows the other lords you value their opinion in someway even though you do not have to go with their ideas. But just make sure we have so back up plan if thing get a little bit chaotic.” Alexandra thinks of some of the possible situations that could occur when dealing with Worthos while looking up at her husband with a loveable gaze.

Keneth stroked her hair and kissed her head."My dear one day you will think I just married you for your wonderful mind."Keneth walked to the main window and looked out towards the city."The death of one man can affect millions of people no matter how important the man is yet the death of a thousand people will only move may be a few people. I have set your plans in motion as we speak and we meet with the other lords on the morrow so make sure you dress better then any of the other ladies although I don't think I need to say that. I will be making plans for a few hours so feel free to do what ever you wish."Keneth walked into another room which was basically a large map of the city and spoke with his generals about tactics.
