What is the best anime you've ever seen?
Is there a certain movie that stands out and/or a TV series that should never be missed?
What would be the best manga adaptation (manga -> anime, or anime -> manga)?
Which one has the best soundtrack?
Are there "little" things like setting, character design, or pacing that make a certain movie or series stand out?

Best horror anime for me is Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. Just absolutely gorgeous animation and art design. The only complaint would be the soundtrack, at least for me, wasn't as good as it could have been.

Fooly Cooly! Further proof that Studio Gainax should stick to things under 13 episodes. It's a wonderful metaphor for growing up. Wonderful and sad and crazy and awesome.
Honey and Clover....because it's how life is. The characters are real. They have real feelings and real emotions and real relationships. It doesn't try to pretend anything........it's just real life.

My favorites are Ouran High School Host Club and Kodocha though
What would be the best manga adaptation (manga -> anime, or anime -> manga)?
I really want to see a Gentleman's Alliance Cross anime!

Ummm yes I guess so. But that can also be the downfall of an anime. Like Skip Beat. I just cant get over how much I HATE the art... but, I love Arina Tenamura's art so I tend to like her manga more XD
