Technically neutral territory that is owned by the Earth. When the first Earth King became king, he gave up the land to the "well-being of the alliance". About ten decades after he died, the next Earth King took back the token of peace. It is still known to be a neutral territory until Earth enters a war. When the citizens there are still of no affinity.

Aki walked back into earth territory again. She was so tried from her trip. So all of the rumors are true? What now? She sat down in the grass and relaxed a bit.

Celestina and Ialu walked around the area in the earth kingdom near the capitol. After years of being stuck in the fire nation, she was finally able to save up enough money to leave. She wandered around, trying to find a place to relax. She just wanted to sit and soak up the freedom and the release of pressure to use her powers.
As she walked, she noticed a girl sitting in the grass. She looked nice enough and decided to sit next to her and talk to her.
"Hi! Mind if I sit next to you?" Celestina asked as Ialu walked around, trying to see if the new girl was nice. After a few moments, he sat down next to where Celestina was standing, a sure sign that he was comfortable with it.

"I don't mind. So what is a citizen of fire doing in the earth kingdom?" Aki asked her as she sat down.

"Truth be told, I hate being from the fire kingdom. I don't want to distroy things. Taking lives is not in my nature." Celestina explained. "I excaped here to get away from the pressures of using my abiliteis. I knew that the earth kingdom would never ask me to kill something."
She sat there, looking into her past, and was glad she was out of it. "I'm never going back." She assured her self out loud. She turned to Ialu and began to pet his head as he slowly dozed off.

"Really...? You sound determined. So where are you planning on going from here?" Aki looked away from her and at the horizon. "I just got back from the capital."

"I don't know... But nothing will make me go back. I refuse to let some random people try to make me do something I don't want to do."
Celestina rambled on as she stared at the horizon along with... now that she though about it, she didn't know her name.
"I'm sorry, I've been ranting on about my life and I don't even know your name. May I ask what it is? Mine is Celestina and this is Ialu." she said as she motioned to the now sleeping snow leapord. "So what is your reason for traveling?"

"I'm Aki. I wanted to know if the rumors of the Queen's death were true, so I went to the capital to find out. We have a new king from your kingdom in case you didn't know."

"So I heard. He is also from the fire kingdom, correct?" Celestina commented. She layed down in the grass and looked at the sky. The sun was blazing above her and was calling her powers out. She turned and flipped herself so she was still facing the same way, but was now on her stomach.
Ialu grunted at her movement and put his head on her back when she was finished. Celestina sighed and started to play with the grass. It was very comforting, laying there. She kept on having to remind herself that she had someone next to her and couldn't fall asleep.

"Yes. There's too much chaos in the capital right now. I just want to get away from it all, but I don't think that's going to happen any time soon..." Aki's voice drifted as she began to place herself in thought.

Celestina layed there. Aki had now gone very quiet and was probably in the midst of thought. She didn't want to interupt her so she layed there and started to think herself about what she was going to do now. SHe had no idea. All she knew was that she could do what ever she wanted now.

"I don't know where to go now.... Everything seemed like nothing could go wrong when the queen was in power. Now what's going to happen?" Aki's thoughts almost came out after that last sentence. That's a stupid question to ask! Of course war's going to happen if everything keeps going the way it is now! She decided to not say it out loud. Then she finally got up from where she was sitting.

Celestina got up along with Aki while Ialu complained at having to move again. "I don't think anyone knows what will happen now." She said as she she began to walk around. She was very restless, having walked around for days to get here. Her body wanted to keep moving like it had. She ended up walking in circles around Ialu, as to not frighten Aki if she was to walk around her.
"There are many possibilities as to how the world will react to his new arival. I just hope that war will not be the one choosen, though it is the most likely." Celestina stopped and sighed. She did not want war to happen. That would cause many complications for her. Not including the compications it would cause for others.

Aki looked at her. "Where are you planning on going to get away from it all? I wouldn't mind going with you because I really want out of all this possible chaos too."

"Umm... I don't know?" Celestina said. She wasn't good at making decisions. She looked around and began to think. She didn't think it was the nicest idea to go to the capital because Aki just came form there. She looked at Ialu and saw how tired he was. Thinking about that, she realized how tired she was.
"Is there a tavern near by? Ialu and I are tired and want to find a place to sleep; I at least need to find a place to drop off Ialu." she asked. Ialu looked at her as to beg to her to let her stay and rest. Aki was from here and should know her way around.
