first idea: 10 levels of .25 inch thick wood, noose around the neck of victim, drop the victim...he falls through the wood getting splinters and destroying legs at once, he gets himself hanged, the noose has enough rope to let the persons legs touch the floor, but they can't use them so they hang themselves to death, fun eh?
