I know, I know, it's most likely not going to happen, given the nature of the show, but IF coupling were to happen, who are your guesses on matching?
My guesses:
Otae and Kondou
- If you saw the Gorilla engagement episodes, you'll know why I think this.
Katsura and the ramen-ya widow (can't remember her name)
- I think they hinted at his feelings for her in a more recent episode, but I'll have to re-watch to make sure.
Shinpachi and Otsu
- I'm just cheering Shinpachi on and hoping that he's the underdog that wins in the end type of thing... then again... this IS Gintama so it's not likely.
Sakamoto and Mutsu
- Come on, she's been serving under that idiot for years despite his being an idiot and her knowing it. That's love!
Gintoki and... Ketsuno Ana! (Did you know her name means butt hole?)
- Okay, just kidding on the match up, but not on her name!

Personally I am an Otae/Gintoki fan. I think they would be an interesting couple.
Kagura/Okita-They would kill eachother...lol
