Each one of my pets have inhibit powers, I have a strong power threshold and tend to wake things up in others. Anyway I just got this kitten, he's not full size yet but he's not small kitten anymore. So every once in a while he gets freaked out in the garage( that's his room cause my mom and everyone is soo allergic). And I can't feel that there is a spirit in there but it's different from the other spirits I've delt with. I've had spirits go after my pets before, nothing with malice. Spirits have always been attracked too me and so they go after my pets that basically have my energy mark. Anyway I've own a duck, rabbits, a dog and now cats. Cats are new to me and he is far more intuned than I'm used to. My question is what are the magickal proprieties of cats? How do they handle magic?
Cause I got to tell you my rabbits and dog have never been so freaked... annoyed maybe but not scared.

I have had several cats, they are wonderful. I think they are intune with us much more than other pets. I have not had one with any special abilities. They do enjoy coming into power places and rituals.

I have two right now and many of my pets inhibit powers especially if I've had them since they were small. I feel power from my black Tom but I can't tell an element and my best friend told me cats won't really pick an element like my other animals... I wanted to know why. (I would ask my best friend but he's so busy and so far away right now it's hard to get a hold of him.)

I'v worked with a few different types of animals and had the strongest connection with one of my dogs and one of my cats. Cats I feel do sence things a lot stronger than a lot of animals but at the same time their finicky nature can throw you off everynow and then. Which is partly why I like cats, you have to earn their respect and even then, they will do what they want to do. I would assume that they reason they may not really pick an element is in fact because of their tempermental ways.

That may be so, but elements can be temperamental all on their own. I had a rabbit that his element was lighting (electricity) and O.o well he was a hand full.

I have found cats very powerful and helpful, not toomany other anamials will bring you food to share and also other gifts. NO i do not eat the food they bring, I find some insects also very powerful, like the prayingmantus.
