Does anyone have a suggustion for someone looking for a movie that has a character that even while they are surrounded by people, they feel completely alone?

Does anyone have a suggustion for someone looking for a movie that has a character that even while they are surrounded by people, they feel completely alone?

The first movie to come to my head is Ghostworld. I don't know if it completely qualifies, but the feeling completely alone is certainly there.
