you should atleast keep poppie as it.
it's her guild, and i'm sure she'll be back sad

I'm sure she will! She just has to come back. ;O;
Anyway~ since Poppie is "out of commission," Rit made himself captain to look after this guild for awhile.
...though he rarely visits. sweatdrop
I'm sure he was planning on changing himself back to vice when she comes back.

I guess what Shaff is complaining about is this (since he owns a guild, I think he knows):
Both captains and vicecaptains have the same powers. Among those, changing guild ownership.
So changing the guild ownership was unnecessary, seeing as he would still have the same powers as a captain.
But I'm not angry at Rit. ^^
