I don't remember which movie it was (so it MIGHT be this one) but he does appear at the end with Gin (and Tousen but he was in the background) And they tell you to go home safely with a smile on their faces
xd . Their also not wearing their usually outfits, their clothes were old time English-y? maybe?

i think that it was an OVA but at the end almost all of the Bleach characters (male) were dressed in suits
and Byakuya (i think he's a hottie 2
whee ) came out of a horse-drawn carriage, wearing a suit, plus hat (like the mad-hatters) and a cane
in the middle of Karakura
and Renji and Ichigo were like shaking there heads and stuff
