As most of you may have noticed, the guild has pretty much died.
Since summer is coming around, I'm assuming most of you will be back soon too. But for the few of you who thinks they can't be dedicated here this summer, please tell me here because I will be demoting some people.
If you don't post here, and haven't been active in Spiffy by mid-July, you will be demoted.
I know it seems pretty harsh but I'm going to be raising Spiffy's standards a lot this year. My goal is to have a guild as successful as Reality in the next two years.

These past few weeks, I've been lurking about the many guilds I am in and think I have quite a few ideas for Spiffy's subforum and thread organization that may help make Spiffy easier to navigate through and more pleasing to the eye.
I will be keeping the home page layout the same as is, but changing the featured shop and spotlight member monthly since I don't think I have the time to change it every week.
As some of you may remember, I liked to change the home page image. But since my good friend Lennore, smilingxfacade, is no longer very much into Gaia, I can't get her to make anymore images like the one that is currently up.
I clearly remember blackmont being a fantastic artist so I will probably be looking to her for some art if she doesn't mind. biggrin So blackmont, if you're reading this (which you should be since you are a crew member), could you start making some Spiffy images and stuff. Something similar to the one up now. Like cute little things saying something about joining Spiffy, yannoe?

In addition (yeah I know, very long), I NEED fresh ideas other than the ones I currently have.
Since I've been lurking about several RPs, I have some great plans for the RP. I liked where it was going but I plan on clearing everything out(sorry Yuu) and remaking everything. I want it to be less confusing, more organized, and more enjoyable.
I plan on switching around some of the subforums. I think I may just clear out what we have in most of them, save the art forum since I think it's doing well where it's at now. But I will be making renovations there.

Still more sweatdrop We need more games! More more more!!!! I know we have plenty as is, but I want to make sure we can keep cycling in more. Being that we had three very popular games, I was thinking about moving two of them to a closed subforum and cycling them in one at a time so they don't get old. How does that sound?

I know this seems like a lot to take in but I want everything to be perfect. Our first year around was fantastic! We had tons of posts and plenty of members. I plan on, at least, tripling our members and increasing our post count five-fold.

So I NEED your dedication and time. I also would like to take this time to introduce our newest addition to the crew, Simply Disasterous. She is the new VC because she is a good friend of mine IRL and I'm hoping she can bring new ideas and all that jazz. So please all give me some feedback.

YAY! I've been OFFICIALLY introduced!! :]

So If ya'll haven't guess I am Simply Disasterous and i will be trying to get Spiffy back up and running. I'll be trying to bring some of my ideas in as well as some of yours 3nodding
OH and I'll be putting MY personal guild up for sale if anyone is willing to buy it . I'm selling it cheap like 17k cheap so... if you're interested PM me please.

Pfft.. trying to go and sell things in my guild? Loser..... jk.
Well, I just cleared two subforums yesterday which took about an hour.
Jeeze, I hadn't expected it to be near that long.
Anyways, I have a three day weekend so I might have some time to get some more work done but fehh.. I might be out and about with some peoples.
Ahh, well I will be back later this afternoon cuz I think I'm going to miss my bus in a second.

HOLY s**t!! I sure did miss this comment sweatdrop crying I just found it and when I saw the date (May 19th) I was like, crap. well, anyways, personally, i think that we should start over again, you know, like when we had no sub-forums and there was only one page with the 4 most popular games at the top. but that's just fantasy. we just need dedicated members. i'll try like hell because i love this guild.
