Well, no one else started one, so here we go. This thread is about the book that recently came out. It covers the entire end of the series.

So I'm pretty pissed that my favorate tv series had the ending possibly ruined for me. I was minding my own business, in a live chat, and BLAM. This troller got on and started screaming every spoiler in the book.
UGH. So I pretty much gave up on the whole "avoid spoilers" at that point and read a summary of the book, compete with scans.
And you know what? It was the worst book I've ever not read! The quality of writing and plot that we've come to expect from Bryke and the Ehaz family were completely absent! It read like a poorly written fanfic with some scratchy pictures slapped on.
And it ruined the entire end. Well, it left some things to be tied up, but for the most part, all of the big questions were answered.
Now, I know my attitude may be a little biased, as a large part of my heart shattered into a bazillion little pieces at THAT picture (the kiss), but still.
Ok, I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but at this point, I'm one step away from turning my back on ATLA.
I don't think this is the actual ending. It was written by two unknown of authors, it reads like a bad fanfic, and it wouldn't be too hard for someone to fake something like this. Just write a fanfic, sketch out some pictures, nad send it to the publisher. Sure, you're skipping some big steps, but hey! By the time people figure out it's not real, they've sold plenty.
Thats my belief. And I still strongly support Zutara. I still think it could be canon. And that Kataang can $^(%$#.

O_o where is a link to said book summery... cuse as far as I know they didn't wright books. They wrote the script and prodused a cartoon. And scripts can somtimes sound a lot like a badly written fanfic.

I dnk....Sounds like it could be really cool animated. I'm now wondering if there will only be 4 episodes on the last dvd or of they will be a 1/2 hour or a full hour, because it sounds like a lot to have in only 4 1/2 hour episodes. pluse they still have the ember island players episode to do, so it would be mor like 3 1/2 hour episodes. They will probebly do 3 1/2 hour episodes and 1 hour long episode.
