Hello, and welcome to The Gold Wing Society for Literate Role Players. I am Lina Indigo, your captain. In this thread, I will summarize what this guild is for, what to avoid doing here, and anything else you might have questions about.
First of all
This is a Role Playing guild. It has no real theme because I found that people tend to stray away from them once they are put into play. Instead, we have our own private area for you to write your own quality role plays, fanfiction, short stories, and generally just be yourself and do what you want. Anyone can start their own role play and anyone can create their own space here. This guild belongs to all of us.
We have
Role Playing 24 - 7, special event role plays and games, discussion areas, and a guild chatterbox to just earn a little extra coin.
We encourage
- Kindness
- Decent Grammar
- Constructive Criticism
- Fun
- Open-Mindedness
- Creativity
We do not encourage
- Please do not abuse the forums.
- Try to be as literate as possible.
- Unless you're trying to be funny, no Mary or Gary Sues.
- No spamming or any other TOS violations allowed no matter what.
- Absolutely no Godmoding.
- Please...try to make your characters Original. As in, we've seen enough angel/demon/vampire types (though there's nothing wrong with them). Just think about them a little beforehand.
- As far as pictures go, hand-drawn art is greatly encouraged. You may use anime images to represent your character, but please keep them tasteful.
No force on earth can save you if
- You violate the TOS.
- You harass a literate/slightly-literate person for being literate/slightly-literate.
- You harass someone for any other reason, because of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, language, age, join date, nature, diet, etc. Just no! That type of behavior is completely unacceptable.
- You spawn Sues repeatedly for every. Single. Role play. Even after being warned to change your character style.
- If you spam spam spam up the forums!
