Well, as some may know, I was (and feel like I still am) a military family. Translated: I move a lot. Recently, my father retired from the Air Force and picked up a new job in MD. Of course, this meant moving from the best house I've lived in (a log home in GA) to some piece of crap place here in "lovely" MD. Anyways, I was unhappy to say the least upon our arrival here, and did not expect to make friends here. Surprisingly, people at my school are really nice, and (for the most part) understanding. But that, in itself, is not a problem.
Here's the problem: I'm kinda crushing on a guy here. He's really nice to me. He stops me in the hallway and usually can tell if something is bugging me and will not let it rest until I tell him. He listens, and is very non-biased/critical on what I tell him. Anyways, he doesn't know that I like him, and I don't even know if he has a girlfriend or not. (Keep in mind that I've only lived here for 8 months, folks). This is half the problem. The other half? I'm moving. Again. Where else, but TX. Now I don't know that I should even tell him that I like him or not. He doesn't even know that I'm leaving yet. Anyways, I was wondering what in the world I should do about this. I'd like to tell him, but I don't exactly express things as I'd like them to come across, and I wouldn't want him to be offended or get mad at me over this. I will tell him about my leaving, but should I say anything about the crush?

I know what you're going through. i've been there. i was just getting used to CA and was crushing on a guy there when we had to move to GA. i never told the guy i was crushing on him, and i've also never been good at expressing things the way i want and words never seem to come out without me stuttering, but now i really wish i had told him. so i think u should tell the guy ur crushing on that ur crushing on him. maybe things will turn out differently for u than they did for me.

Did I forget to add that I am extremely phobic of speaking to people by myself? xD
So, should I bring a friend? There is one person who shares a class with him and I kinda told her...so, yeah...

lol u are just like me. i need like 10 friends w/ me when i go talk to people. yeah, i suggest u bring a friend. it'll help, trust me.

After reading JUST the First Post, I'd say that you tell him and then spend the rest of the time you have together, knowing that it'll be gone soon. smile I think it's better to have a few good memories rather than just a regret later in life. Besides, if school turns out and makes this into a big debacle it won't matter! You're leaving! xd

@Erebus-kun ~ O.o Okay...And if I tell him and he thinks I'm nuts and will never speak to me again, thus ending your "Spend the rest of my time with him" scheme. But that's okay! I'm leaving! xd

lol i've done that before. i suggest that since u chickened out, u write him a note about how u feel. maybe then u won't chicken out again. but if u do, give it to a friend to give to him.

Right. I'll do that. Right after I find out whether or not he's already with someone...
O.o I usually see him outside of my art class, so I can at LEAST tell him about the move then.

o 3o Well, I told him about the move (he happened to be walking by my locker) and now I will - apparently - be hanging out with him more before I leave.

That is absolutely correct, Travel-san.
xD I think I will hold off until the last week. I most likely won't be going the last day/2 days so if I find out that I offended him then that will work out great.
(BTW, I am 99% sure he's dating someone, so really...what's the point?)
