We have so many "phantom oriented" threads (well duh, I mean it's a phantom guild...) yet we have almost no other threads. Hence, I magically, invoking the power of superstition, summon this thread. Other Music. I know, some of you will call me a heretic for suggesting there is good music aside from POTO. However, I enjoy a bit of Greenday (OLD greenday, not the new crap), Voltaire, Wierd Al Yankovich, ect. How about the rest of you eh?

The new Green Day is good too... I like both styles that they have, to be honest.

I''m digging this new indie/emo trend.
I like Eisley, Blindside, Placebo, Something Corporate, Cursive and Interpol.
Don''t run away in terror, I like all types of music.

Gosh... excuse me while I get my handy dandy box of kleenex. |:
I hold no grudges against rap. I believe there is some lyrical talent involved... but if it were my choice, I'd rather not listen to it.

I listen almost exclusively to showtunes and music pre-dating the 19th century. (Classical and Romantic, the most, yes.) Throw in some opera and you've got my playlist.
As for actual bands... Music that normal people listen to... I have little bits and pieces here and there from friends, but, I suppose I can say I like...
Well, I have a thing for My Chemical Romance right now. Emo, yes, but their music videos are so incredibly fun. Besides that, ah, Franz Ferdinand... the Dresden Dolls... Zeromancer... and Vast.
Something like that. I am completely disoriented when it comes to modern music, actually.

Dresden Dolls' lyrics are.. disturbing. But their use of piano makes me happy.
cool
Classical music is lovely. I'm lovin' Bach alot right now.

That's why I love the Dresden Dolls. There's something about it that is just so... suiting.
Classical music is sexy. Though Bach is baroque, and not classical. Mozart is classical. Yes, this is me going Music Major on your rear.
