I need help on making a Belldandy Dream avi,I can't get any ideas,could you please help me with it please?

Well, the first and most obvious suggestion I can make is to get an Angelbow for the wings, then maybe a Gift Of The Goddess for the anklets?
OH, and a forehead jewel too. ^^
