Monday: May 12th, 2008.6:06 A.M.
A nuclear attack was launched in the united states, hitting 3 seperate locations in the state of Texas. Dallas, Houston, and Austin to be exact. A crisis unfolded and just under a millon were instantly exterminated.
7:05 A.M.
All U.S. airwaves (Radio and Television) are hacked and shown on screens is the symbol of that which is known as Nazism. A familiar face pops up, it is none other than Johaan Schmidt. A.K.A. "The Red Skull." He claims responsibilty for attacks on Texas and declares war on the U.S.
7:42 A.M.
The President calls the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division. (S.H.I.E.L.D.) and activates Operation Boyscout. A secret weapon created in the 1940's to fend off the Nazi terror known as The Red Skull. Presumed dead after the war, the weapon was cryogenically frozen incase such a threat were to resurface. This weapon was part of the Super Soldier Project, a strength inducing formula that gave men the power of many. The project was shut down with only test subject. Steve Rogers... A.K.A. Captain America.
Sunday: May 18th, 2008.10:00 A.M.
Nick Fury, director of S.H.I.E.L.D. along with agents Natalia Romanoff A.K.A. Black Widow and Thaddeus "Dum Dum" Dugan, start the Avengers intiative. Gathering the names of many super powered and or other talents, start recruiting processes based on the best choices of who were avaliable.
2:25 P.M.
Operation Boyscout is complete and Steve Rogers is unthawed and briefed to what has happened in the past 60 years and what has come back. He is to lead the team known only as
THE AVENGERS.
