Under construction.

Villager:

Name: Jessibell Marianne Hamlet-Wicker
Played By: [.Ginger Wonton.]
Age: 18
Height: 5' 3" (She took after her Pa by height.)
Weight: 119 lbs.
Eyes: Bright Green
Hair: 'Fawn Brown' (About a medium shade)
General Appearance: She is a young woman of 18, an adult by most standards, old by others. Her brown hair is cut short, not too stylishly, in a plain bob so that she can pin it up while working. She favors earthen colors for her wear, knowing that more vibrant colors would be very expensive to get regardless of liking them or not. Her figure is quite waspish - idyllic to the Victorian age, a type of fashion that caught her eye, - but her rounded arms and upper body are well toned for her work which is turning the glass and producing whatever her mind fixes in her head. (Which doesn't necessarily come out quite right.)

Personality: She's a rough and tumble gal, well suited with a shotgun and a ranch, but her life took a mysterious turn it seemed and Jessibell found that living here was a lot better than being by her lonesome, looking for a man to come by or two. Jessibell does have a tender streak but its tempered by her hard work which tends to make her gruff a bit around the edges, short and rather quick. But like the glass she blows, once unveiled and shined up with golden filigree, she's as pretty as the sun upon the water.

Job: Glassblower, with a smattering of other craftwork. (Goldsmith / silversmith / pewtersmith)

Short story: Jessibell's family has lived and bred horses for a long while in this world, a rancher's life was where she seemed to have headed. Fate sometimes has other plans.

Her father had died from a mustang he was trying to tame. It had trampled him. Her pa always said "Once something tasted blood…" Jessibell being the eldest out of six, and her mother busy with the newest barely mewling, had to do the dirty deed. The gun-blast rocked her, and she wept brokenly. Her mother noticed that she was never the same again.

So, she gathered a bit of the extra money that they could spare - and gave it to Jessibell. Jessibell promised to repay them when she could once she established herself. But her history was rather bumpy. Cutting it and drying it - we've come to the present, Jessibell now wings her way though her work. Hard and satisfying. She creates beautiful pieces, from thick glass plates and goblets, to ordered stained glass windows, to even small figurines and perfume bottles. About half of the proceeds goes to her family back on the ranch, however she hasn't seen them since she was 14.

Other details: She adores her work, and she is as fragile as the butterfly figure that she has made although she tries not to show it. Jessibell loves horses still but is haunted by what had happened, she also loves almost all forms of art. Jessibell, however can not read or write, her mother believed that those inventions were from the devil and thusly didn't teach her children or had let their pa teach them.

Picture: None as of yet.

The house above the rest near the edge of town, by the docks -

Above the ramshakle front of a store that has no sign a second floor sits with three windows. A large one is set in the center which has a wonderful veiw of the cathedral in the distance in the town of Loghedge.

Inside the building, sits a three room floor. The kitchen area sits in a corner with everything needed to cook. (For at least the day and age.) The rest of the large main room, which sports a seat built into the wall from the main window, is a living area where day to day work and a family could gather.

The second room is a bedroom, with a hard cot-like bed and an ancient dresser which was apparently left by the people who had lived in here before hand, and a mirror. The dresser is filled with few clothes, enough to get by, from bi-week to bi-week.

The third room is a bathroom of sorts, with a large tub set in the middle. It is covered in spiderwebs and thier occupants. Clearly this room has been never used by the current resident.

The Glassworks

Curiously this store is set back a bit of ways from the rest of the market square. What is even more curious is the lack of sign above the door and window. The peeling pieces of material make it look old and it seems to have not been rebuilt like the rest of the fair city town yet. Not that the owner minds, nor does the rentee.

Inside is bright with a few windows. Shelves are deep and lined with soft material. Upon that are figures, bottles and all manner of glassworks in rainbow-rific colors. They all seem to spark and wink at the customers. There are no tags however, no signs or prices. But certainly they are not free. Not quite in the middle, of the store, but close to the back wall is a strange slightly curdely made case. Made mostly of clear glass and supported by metal. A glass display case where the back opens up to add items on the clear shelves or change out figures. It was (to herself) cleverly invented by the owner of the store.

The doorway in the corner connects into a short hallway which in turn at the end connects to a larger room with three crude semi-large ovens. In here is where the glass is made. Stock and materals are neatly piled along the side of the room, and another smaller room, well cool is filled with even more sand and other tools for the trade along with a few wooden trunks filled with items.
