For new members this is for.You need to have 20 posts within your first month of being part of this guild or you'll be banned.That seems simple to understand.

Well the problem is moreso it's easy to get 5 posts in 1 shot on here. People have a tendency of joining just to have joined, say a couple of things, and then dissapear for the remainder of their membership, maybe coming back a month or two later, not participating in anything.
It's moreso to keep members active, the shy ones even can make the 20 post quota.. I think?

You have a point there... but still... shy! Hmmm... well how does that work then? In a month are you just kicking people out who haven't posted yet, or do we at least pm them first to see if they just forgot they were here?
