I saw some noobs cybering in town.
But thgat's the problem. They were in town. not in a house.
As Gaia's greatest detective, I conclude that mules are either getting careless or are getting craftier and have started to make mules to cyber.

I've caught some on the open, or some behind a tree before. Some of them are just really stupid like that.
Some are getting craftier tho, being able to hover over your hiding spot and such.

But if they get banned, their IP addy gets banned too, no? Or at least blocked for a while.
I see this all the time... and it can be pretty bad when they hide behind trees, it's harder to report them.
