Upon the door sits a small, calligraphied plaque with her name, along with a hand done decoration of the outline of a small cat. Beneath it is a black-board styled message board bearing the message:
~Enter if you wish~
Inside is a fairly clean, but somewhat haphazard room: there are bits of glitter and various beads found on almost any surface, and a small docking station for a camera sitting on the desk. The only other decoration of note is a small black kitten plush, sitting in a space of honor upon the bed, sitting sedately on a few throw-pillows.
Amongst other things, is a locked laptop sitting on the desk, next to the camera-port, with a note regarding directions in fairly meticulous but slightly tilted handwriting.
Two small photographs reside in frames on the bedside table, one very old, the other fairly new, but crumbled.

Keirin absent-mindedly entered her room, leaving the door open, inviting and yet not.
"Oh, Kuro-sama!" heart Keirin purred, her voice trilling as she picked up the small black kitten. "How did you get out? I thought I left you in my bag..." She scratched behind one ear of the kitten, reclining on the bed.
She reached over, turning on a small media-player, one that played both Western and more traditional music, and upon settling for a classical Western piece, she started scrolling through the pictures she had taken that day.. including a shot of Sophie.
'Oh. My finger must have slipped then,' she thought, musingly looking at the image. 'Nicely timed though.'

Coming in from the World Tree, not having gotten lost once this time, Keirin bounced into her room, letting the door drift almost closed.
The spring in her step faded, however, when she saw an envelope sitting on her desk.
Kei-neko, it always started. All of her notes opened with the same line. I haven't heard from you in a while. How are you doing with school? Have your grades gotten better? I'm guessing, from your silence, that they haven't. Think of the shame our parents would feel if they knew how poorly you are doing! Have you at least learned anything interesting at that academy? One of my friends has a son your age...
Keirin closed her eyes and slowly shredded the letter. When she opened her eyes again, she stared resolutely at the crumpled picture.
Shaking her head, she curled up on her bed, tipping over the picture when she moved. She pulled out her camera, and started flipping through some of the shots she had taken on her walk back.
