First of all, I need Crew for my guild don't I? So I'm going to pick Crew from everyone who posts this form. Seriously, don't post anything that's not this form or directly related to it. Fill out the form and if you have any queries, write it in red text by the problematic area, or at the top of your post.

Requirements for Crew

Firstly, I need to know you're literate, so be literate. But that won't be much of a problem here because I know most of you speak online English. However, note, going to the effort of Grammar and Punctuation is going to look good.

I need to know that you'll frequent the Guild. Not just lurk for a few minutes and leave when you see no new posts. You need to be the ones to encourage others to post, you need to be replying to posts and posting threads that are easily replyable. Ask a question, make a joke, read a book on social skills and how to draw people in to reply to you. I seriously don't care how you do it, but I'm going to be very pissed off if I have 70 crew members and there are posts on the first page with 0 replies.

Reasoning capabilities, what of them? If a member pms you about someone posting a picture of a dead baby, what will you do?



Extra requirements VC have to fill.
It's not "yay I'm VC!" it's "I have some work to do."

You need to be creative and dedicated. Can you update the Guild home page with pictures and news frequently? Can I trust you to lead the Crew? Do you have the motivation to make this guild awesome?

Most importantly, do people like you? You may think this quality is a little unfair, but a smart man picks people other people like. Who are you more likely to follow, someone you're friends with, or some jerk who doesn't talk to anyone?

Initiative. Have you ever heard that word before? It's the thing that makes us look really cool, and it's really easy to do. Something as simple as making the form below look neat and pretty is going to earn you a lot in the initiative department, that being said showing it in other areas is important as well.

How are you judging who gets in?

What I'm looking for are good, dedicated leaders. Basically if you know you can do the job and can convey that to me, then there shouldn't be any problem with appointing you as Crew.

Then just don't fill in the form.

Favourite Band(s)/Song(s)/Genre(s): Well, I have seen Rise Against and My Chemical Romane live and they are both really great bands. I love them. Also, The Academy Is..., Chiodos, All Time Low, and Amy Winehouse are amazing. I have recently gotten into Queen and such bands as Billy Talent. I like a wide variety of music and try not to put down any genre... because they do a better job than I can.

Name some people who would make good Crew members: I am sorry if these members' names have any mispelling in them, but hopefully you get the idea... (I am also going to add people who would make great VC's because I know that not everyone can be the vice captain.) Tammy-Seignfree, totally out of it, Dung3on Mast3r, Ceres, 002300, to name a few.

Name ONE person you'd like to see as a VC: It's really hard to pick one of two AWESOME people. But, since she and I have talked several times about trying to get this guild up and going again (or possibly creating our own if things did not pan out here,) I have to say that totally out of it would make a great Vice Captain. Of course, I still want to do it.

A zombie: I feel that having sex with someone who has died and been reanimated might cause some issues. This goes especially due to the fact that zomies crave human flesh. I don't think it would be too appealing to have your throat bitten out during an orgasm. Also, I do not know that anyone has ever had sex with a zombie... so you don't know what kinds of things they have growing all up in there.

What other people say about you:
People love me... to my face anyway. They say I am fun, outgoing, and pretty intelligent. They also say I'm a dirty hippy and then ask where my frisbee is. I tell them truthfully that it's in the back seat of my car. And then I ask if they want to toss it around for a bit.

Regularity of internet access: I can be online pretty much 24/7. However, I am more of a night-time internet person. Usually between the hours of 10PM and 6AM.

Your family situation:
I love my mother and father more than anything in this world, but we get along so much better if we do not live together. I live with my sister most of the time and stay with the parents on occaison. They are cool with my life and the way I live it, and also support me in all of my decisions.

Why you would make good Crew/VC: I'm a natural leader. I lead people at school and every day at my job. I'm also funny and charismatic. I'm not afraid to talk to strangers and try to get them to come join the cam-whoring fun! I'm very familiar with graphic design type work, so I would really be interested in giving the guild a new look, if possible. I just like trying new things and this is another thing in that bucket that I feel I need to be doing. (I'm also that awesome guy... but yeah.)

What you think is wrong with this guild:
Not enough people know it's out there. We have some members, but they grow bored with it. We need a look and a feel that will make them WANT to be here.

Who do you like most in this guild:
I like Tammy and totally out of it, just because I see a lot of them around. I also like Dung3on Mast3r because he seems to take some pretty cool photos and has nice hair.

Define "messy": Messy is unkempt or dissheveled.

How important do you consider this form? It is important because I want to be Vice Captain. I am not sure how you are going to use the answers to decide, but I am trying to be as open and honest as possible to prove that I have what it takes. So... I would say it's pretty damn important.

Your last $10, what do you spend it on?

I'm Chris. But you can call me Toph. It's almost midnight and I have to get up for work at 5 in the morning. That is not fun. I have a job and I go to college. But I like taking on new challenges. Being the Vice Captain of this guild is a challenge that is out of the ordinary and seems like it would be pretty awesome. I like people. I like photography. I like canoing, too, but I don't know how relevant that is... I don't really know what else to say that has not already been said, except for good luck to everyone and no matter what, we are all TOTALLY AWESOME CAM WHORES!
