This is the Art Club, where students in the Art Club, are free to draw, paint, sketch, sculpt, etc. Club members meet on Monday.

Gilly walked in the Art Club's room, and sat down on a stool, facing an easel. She picked up a charcoal pencil, and started sketching the World Tree. After sketching it, she outlined it with an ink pen, and waited for it to dry. Mmm, what a place! I signed up for a few clubs...I think one of thems Cooking Club! Ah, I love to cook, as much as I love to draw!

Entering slowly she glanced around before spotting someone "Hello" She smiled sweetly as she walked towards her. Looking at her drawing she grinned "That's really good". Sitting down in a chair she pulled out her sketch pad and a pencil and began to draw her surroundings of the room.
Yes, it may be a little boring, but she wasn't sure what to draw just at this moment. She was always happy with her work, though she knew that it could be better in some places. She continued to sketch, even adding Gilly and Gilly's drawing into her sketch.

Surprised by Ami's voice, Gilly jumped up about one foot in the air, and fell off her chair. "Ouch.." Gilly mumbled, rubbing her behind. "Sorry," She added, looking up at Ami. "Thanks though, and yours is really good too!" Gilly said, standing up and looking behind Ami's shoulder. "I don't think I've met you, but my name's Gilly Yamashita." She said, bowing. "It's a pleasure to meet you!"

"Sorry.. I didn't mean to startle you.. "She appologized. She did feel bad causing the girl to fall out of her chair. "Thank you" She blushed softly when she complemented her sketch.
"Your right, I don't think we have met. It's nice to meet you Gilly, I'm Ami Hinamori" She held out a free hand with a smile. Before quickly getting to her feet and bowing back. She always thought bowing was a sign of respect.

Gilly bowed once more. "It's great to meet you, Hinamori-san!" Gilly bowed once more, before returning to her stool. Although she had just sat down, Gilly shot back up, and walked towards the storage cabinet. Opening it, she took out some paint, and headed back towards the easel, setting the paints down in front of her. Taking her paintbrush, she dipped it in the light blue, and painted the sky behind the World Tree.

Ami seemed so interested in what Gilly was doing, and just sat there watching her for a moment before smiling softly. She loved to paint, though she too needed a base to paint, she couldn't just paint everything into a scene.
But looking back to her sketch she flipped the page and started to doodle different manage designs. She had always wanted to make her own manga, but never knew what to make it about, what the story line would be. Sitting there with a slight pout as she attempted to think of an idea.

Looking over at Ami, Gilly tried to see what she was doodling. "Whatcha thinking of, Ami-san?" She asked, keeping her eyes on her painting. She was done with the sky, and had moved onto the tree itself. Gilly dipped her brush into the dark green, and began to color in the leaves.

"An idea for a manga.. I need a storyline.. something to base it on" She was still frustrated with this. Glancing over at Gilly's painting she smiled "I wish I could paint that good" Grinning softly as she continued to watch for a moment before looking back to her sketch. Making a female with a cute outfit, as well as cat ears and a tail.

Gilly stopped painting for a second."Gosh, you're so lucky, Ami-san.." Gilly said. "You can draw manga, and I've always wanted to..but painting? My painting isn't good, Ami-san." She thought for a second, and laughed. "You have a talent that I always dreamed of having, and you always...wanted..to...paint..." Gilly nodded off into sleep, because of her narcolopespy.

Giggling "Thank you" Tilting her head to the side a little "Your painting is really good, I like it" She thought for a bit. Ami wanted to paint well, and Gilly wanted to draw manga. "How about, you teach me different tricks to painting, and I'll teach you different tricks that will get you good at drawing manga, okay?" Grinning softly, that was her idea.
A little confused when Gilly nodded off to sleep "G-Gilly-chan?" Her eyes widened slightly "Are you okay?" She set her stuff down and moved infront of the girl, making sure not to bump the painting. Placing both her hands on Gilly's shoulders, gently moving her back and forth.

Gilly awoke slowly as she felt Ami shaking her shoulders. "Hm?" She said, rubbing her eyes. "I must have fell asleep, sorry Ami-chan. It's because of my narcolepsy, which makes me fall asleep randomly." Gilly remembered the day her mother died, and how she could have stopped her from hanging herself...but she fell asleep because of her narcolepsy. After remembering how Gilly could've stopped her mother's death, tears sprung to her eyes.

Watching her closely and letting out a small sigh of relief "You scared me a little" Smiling to her newly made friend. But she watched her closely until tears began to form and roll down Gilly's cheeks. "Gilly-chan.." She gently wrapped her arms around it "It's okay.." She wasn't sure why she was crying, but she wasn't sure if she should ask, it may have been none of her buisness, plus nothing had happened while Ami was here to cause the girl to cry.

Gilly grabbed a napkin, and wiped away her tears. "S-Sorry for crying, Ami-san." She laughed. "You must think it's weird to be crying for no reason." Gilly stood up and bowed. I don't know Ami-san well enough to tell her my past. Plus, I'm sure she doesn't want to hear it anyway. My past is pathetic anyway. She sat down on the stool again, in front of her painting. She only had a few more strokes to go, until the painting was done. "Ah, Ami-chan, you were going to say something before I fell asleep, weren't you?"

Shaking her head "It's okay.. I don't think your weird at all" Raising a brow at her with a smile. "I just hope and want you to be okay" Giving her a soft smile. "Oh, what I was saying was, you could help me to paint better, give me some tips and such, and I could do the same for you, but with how to draw Manga well"
Crossing her legs as she added a bit more to a random character she had began to draw. Of course when she drew her males, they were always so perfect and pretty, she only wished she could find a guy like in the manga's. Letting out a small dreamy like sigh as she smile.
