A new pic will be decided by a vote held every week/month/2 months/etc.
(polls are now open for you to vote on how often you want the pic to change.)
on that week/month that the pic shall be changed, you will be given an option of an assortment of pics provided by members of the guild, or the option of keeping the current one.
-voting will be held after everyone has turned in a vote for the poll above, and after an number of decent pics have been accumulated.
-pics can be submited in the "*Guild Art Entry*" thread.

until we get enough answers, the pics will just be changed by will of the crew, just try to look out for new stuff until the system is complete.
remember, if you want to help, just send in some good shots.
