On the east side of the city, there lays a large seaport. Part of the sea port is used for ships importing and exporting goods in and out of the kingdom. But the other half of the sea port is open tot he public. Go fishing, take a swim, go diving, explore the underwater caves, or just hang out on the docks. It's a clean sea port, but every so often, a sea monster will find it's way in and make itself a home here. Some sea monsters are very weak. Some on the other hand are very powerful. Becareful if you spot them, but these things are far and few, only appear a few times a year, and stay at the bottom of the sea . You can enjoy swimming here. The port also provides the city with water as it main water source. The sea is very close to farmlands making them grow and survive extremely well!

Relena jumped down from the roof. She landed on the ground making a small crater and rose to her feet. She saw more destruction but to a lesser detail. She was not in the mood for this. She was instancely greeted by her soldiers and she gave order to move everyone out.
"Move them underground and get to the hospital...I want everyone there underground immediately," Order Relena.

Suddenly a blast of energy was shot off shore. Relena and the soldiers watched as a ball of energy cut through the air and ship a ship out in the water, exploding on impact. The ship sank. Relena told the soldiers to get the city underground again and the soldiers ran away to carry out the order. Relena followed the source of the blast and saw a shack get ripped apart as a huge hulking man well over ten feet tall walked through the shack's wall, making it fall too pieces. The man was huge, covered with scars, and had green spiky hair. His muscles were huge.  It turned to look at Relena and then smiled a twisted toothy grin. "I found you." without saying another word, the man spat out a large ball of energy from his mouth at Relena.

Relena wings formed and she forced them down launching her into the sky. She was beginning to think splitting up was a bad idea. She hovered in the air looking at the giant, "Don't suppose you have a name and reason to why you are attacking my city!"

"Name is Casimir... and I hate vampires." The man brought up another ball up his throat and spat out a sphere of energy at Relena in the sky. This one moved faster then the other.

Relena dodged again and called upon Scron. She aimed at Casimir, "Celestial Arrow!" The light flew at the brut and at the last second she roared, "SCATTER!"

Casimir didn't dodge and took the bulk of the attack directly. He fell back and writhed in pain for a few seconds before his wounds closed up and he stood back up. He ran along the beach and smashed piece of the stone port off and caught a huge boulder about 20 feet in diameter. HE hurled the massive rock at Relena but before it hit her, he shot another energy blast and hit the rock, causing it to blow-up into hundreds of fast-moving projectiles.

Relena wrapped her wings around her body and harden them as she fell to the ground. The attacked hit her dead on before she landed in the water. Relena frowned as she opened her wings. The feather were damage and flight as lost. She dispelled the wings and swam deeper into the water.

"That's not fair. I can't swim that good. Well, I'm not as smart as my allies, but I'm smart enough to know that you won't just hide while your kingdom is destroyed!" Casimir smiloed widely before shooting a blast at the pier of the port, another at group of beach shops, and one more at a retreating ship. "Come out Queen. I still want more."
((He does have a weakness, but I want you to try a find it. Try some different moves))

A pillar of water rushed up and blocked the attack. Relena stood at the top as it took from as her water dragon called Watera. The dragon was huge due to the amount of water around...it was a sea port after all. Relena pointed at the brute, "Let's change the playing field Watera! Go!" The dragon roared as she jumped into the air. It launched itself at Casimir and hit him dead on. The water rushed back and flushed into the sea and out from the port as Relena dived into the water. Away from the port Relena rose once more on Watera, "Tell me something what the perfect conductor!"

Casimir took off running underwater, actually getting good distance, he just about reached a rock ledge. His head emerged from the water as he reached the stone wall. The brute was exhusted from charging through the water at the rocky structure but his effort almost paid off. He just needed to swim another 50 yards to reach the shore line. But his fatigue started to set in. He looked up at the vampire and smiled coyly. "Water?"

"Correct and thanks to you...you made the line that gives power to this part of the city exposed," said Relena. She held her hand out towards the expose lines that whipped around like a snake cracking with electricity. The dragon made of lightning formed and combine with her dragon of water. "Go get him boy!," she order the dragon. The dragon dove into the water and remerge as it wrapped around the brute and took to the area. Once in the air the dragon made a sphere around the brute of water and electricity and let it rip.

Casimir screamed as he was electrocuted. His body finally went limp as the electricity faded. After a few minutes, his hulking body washed up on shore. His skin was covered in second degree burns, his eyes were rooled up into the back of his head, and he just layed there in the sand. Dead. A small girl walked out of a nearby shack that had not been destroyed. She walked down the beach clapping her hands slowly. "Wowwie Queeny, you sure showed that big guy who's boss. He never stood a chance." The girl leaned over the dead body and stared at it. "Yep yep, he's dead alright. Dead-o-rino. Such a shame he lost his live so soon. Oh wait, that's right. He LOST his life." The girl jumped over the huge carcus and landed gently on the sand on the other side. "You know Misses Queen, I have a oh-so very special magic power, yep yep. I can return anything someone has lost. ANYTHING at all. Since it's still too too early for this game to end, I'll have to return what big ol' Casy lost. His life." The blonde aired girl placed her hands on Casimir's burnt dead body. Suddenly, the man's wounds began to disappear in steam, his skin growing back to its old form. Finally, his eyes rolled forwards and blinked. He slowly got up to his feet. He towered over the tiny girl. "Thanks, I owe you." He said to the puny magic user. "You really really need to be more careful Cazy. You know I only have a one wish per person limit. Next time you're on you're own." "Right right, I'll be more careful." The girl turned around and looked up at the stunned Vampire Queen. "Well, now that anyone is able to play now, let the game continue." The girl jumped up and spun around and become surrounded in a tornado like wind, and when the wind faded seconds later, the girl was gone. Casimir looked over at the angered vampire and smiled a big toothy grin. "Well, you heard the lady, let's continue this little game of ours."

Relena instantly knew that the girl was the same one that turn Ocarina to a boy. Sadly she vanished before Relena could talk to her. Relena sat down, literally, on the combine water and lightning dragon head with arms acrossed and looked at the brute. "Well...now that your get out of death pass is used and gone...the next time I won't have to worry about you coming back. The girl doesn't seem like she can lie so I am pretty sure your a goner if some like my previous attack hits once again but you won't fall for it again will you." Relena jumped up and kicked off at him as the dragon vanished, "I only fight with honor to opponent that fight the same way. Since you were willing to attack the city to bring me out before...I am more than happy to pull a low blowing move too. Pains like you don't deserve such ways of fighting and I am not about to waste it on you." She ready a punch, even with her words she was still fighting a noble and honor fight. With her words she was warning him but it was up to him to pick it up. Her punch vanished at the last moment and was replaced with a knee connecting to the groin and then the lower chin. Low yes....but Relena patiences was slim and she couldn't take the chance of the battle continuing and becoming longer. She summon scorn and kicked off into the sky as she aim, "Death....."

Casimir blasted a ball of energy at Relena before she could finish her attack. The blast knocked Relena back and disappated her spell. "Sorry your Highness, but I thought I made it clear. This game of ours is still far from over." Casimir barreled over to the docks and ripped a rope and anchor straight off a boat. He swung it around and threw it at Relena. Relena dodged the anchor but Casimir pulled the rope back and caught Relena's foot in the rope and pulled her and the anchor down to the beach with a crash. "And don't try to play it off that you fight with honor. Honor isn't objective. Weither or not I fight fair makes no difference. The second you chose to fight dirty, you stopped fighting with honor. You think you are better than me? Hah, you are wrong." Casimir tugged on the rope again made the anchor land on Relena's left arm. "Now you better start fighting back. I want more from this battle. After all... I'm a glutton for punishment!" Casimir began to charge an energy blast in his mouth. The yellow ball of energy glowed in his jaw.
