If you don't have a mule for Investigations, you can still use this funny, but yet practical suggestion.
Do you have an evolving item? A Grunny or a Bat? Any Item that you don't wear but turns you into an animal?
Well it's time to take out all that dust of that item that you don't use, and use it for research purposes!
What do you think about the idea?

Good idea.
Rain rarely goes into towns unless she is in grunny form
and has found that it makes hiding behind bushes and rocks very easy.
Then again you get packs of people chasing
you about screaming "Kawaii bunny!!1!" which tends to blow one's cover.
^^;
She has never tried it as a bat though.
Does anyone have any feedback on how effective this is?

I just got a summoning tome to hop around towns as a froggy. I had someone chase me earlier, but that's funny in itself. Frog's pretty easy to hide with.

I use to use the UFO. The last thing I've used is the frog, I haven't tried the bat yet and I'm just waiting for my hermes moon to evolve into it's final form!

I like to use the smile from the wonderland too! But yeah I too have to wait until my Hermes Moon is in the final stage, Because that is way little! Damn, you could hid anywhere with that!

I have also used the ufo & the lil frog. I have the bat but haven't tried it out yet. So far the frog seems to be better. It is easier to hide in towns....I believe that you can even hide behind the rocks?!!?

I like the frog the best. I used to use the grunny and moon, but although not the most stylish, the frog is the most efficient.

Things that are flying like the bat or the assassins guise are not good for hiding behind bushes but are great indoors. I want my hermes to evolve! gonk

I use my assassin's guise inside houses.
One sign covers up my name, the other one gets the red thing.

I usually use the Hermes Moon.
But, I haven't been able to lately. Towns never works for me.

I used to go mostly as a grunny but I find that a lot of people come after me begging to let me be their pet... -_- It's annoying. So I usually go in frog form to observe noobs. It's smaller and less people squeal about it's cuteness.
