This is a gifted/elemental school roleplay, but with a plot! w00t!
Ahem... sweatdrop
It's a kinda detailed plot with alot of background info, so you'll have to do some reading and prove that you read it somehow before joining, sorry.
Also, I'd like it if people had an element to their powers, even if it's a stretch, and only one person per element, same goes for animals(see below). I know..I'm picky.
here's the specifics you'll need for your character.
Class- (Senior, Junior, Sophmore, Freshman)
element-
Animal- (not neccasary, but fun.)
Division-(A,B,C, seperated by skill)
power-

plot/ background info
Over an intricately designed maze of lush, green bushes, past a rolling field of blue grass and scattered flowers, looms a castle, feudal in nature but modern in actuality. This is the Lindworm academy for the genetically gifted. Located on an island spanning roughly twenty square miles and nestled between two similarly sized islands. One a highly wooded forest, the other a series of mountains, valleys, and one underground cavern running from one side of the mountainous region to the next. All three islands belonged to the school and were collectively refereed to as the Dragonlore Isles, they also had individual names, Lindworm, Knucker, and Wyvern for the campus, mountains, and forest respectively.
The school itself has been a safe haven for the “genetically gifted” for nearly a century and a half with out a hitch, wether that hitch occurred between classes or the school and the outside world, until now. Today that four core classes, Senior, Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman, are further divided by skill-level, creating a total of twelve classes with an A, B, or C division of the original four core classes, this new system was the root of all evil for Lindworm, but with the increased enrollment, they had no other choice.
With every break came a new disaster, Winter break brought the destruction of an entire training field, with spring came the lose of fifty students, all leaving for rivaling schools of for none at all. Semester break, the current wave of destruction, brought with it a week of yearly restoration for castle, and a much needed week home for the students. All except for the unlucky few who had missed the plane.
With the school sealed in behind four-inch-thick stone walls, they were trapped, not inside, but outside. Now this may of been a bearable situation if all of the unlucky souls had been from the same division, but these students ranged from Freshman to Senior and divisions there of, and that meant trouble.

She's into the gothic lolita style, anime/manga, and torturing those she finds incompetent. She likes animals though. ^-^

Class- Sophomore element- Fire Animal- Dragon Division-C power- pyromancer Name/appearance/personality: A deep sigh found its way out of the Annelise’s mouth. Annelise Mercy, a pint sized pyromancer int the sophomore class, division C, though she was powerful enough to be a division A student she had next to no control over her massive power. She had vaguely tanned skin and grey almond eyes, the irises were rimmed by a light blue, and the pupils were only outlines of a circle in the sea of grey that was her iris. Her hair, much like her eyes, was rather unordinary. The main color was firey red-orange, but her bangs, the right half of which covered her eye, were naturally black. Her hair only went to her chin infront, making the black velvet choker on her neck stand out in stark contrast to her flesh. She wore a pair of black baggy cargo pants and a white, unbuttoned, dress shirt, under which was a purple tank top. With her scarred left hand she scooped up a jagged stone, it was probably from the large wall behind her, and she skipped it lazily along the salty Atlantic ocean water. “Well this is just lovely...” her voice carried a hint of sarcasm, though she truly was happy that she wouldn’t be going home to, well, nothing.

Class: Freshman Element: Darkness Animal: Black Wolf Division: B Power: Necromancer Name: Jackie Stone Appearance:  Personality: Aloof, not wanting to participate with anyone, and not really caring what the other person thinks. Stone hates everything that can possibly be cheerful.

Class: Freshman Element: Metal Animal: a white tiger cub {it looks more like a kitty} Division: C Power: { sweatdrop i forget^.^} Name: Gale Uzumi Apperance:  this is Gale except his left eye is crystal blue and half of his body is made of metal. the left side to be correct, and his left wing is also made out of metal. Personality:he is a happy person. He is eisily distracted, and can become quite hyper, he is discouraged eisily and tends to change moods after sleeping. Class: Sophmore Element: ice Animal: Falcon Division: B Power: [i dont remember this one either!T.T] Name: Shiori Apperance:  Personality:Misterious, cold, and spacy. he keeps to himself most of the time.he doesn't talk much but when he does its in a depressing wisper. he tends to appear out of no where... he protects Gale because his {Gales}mother sent him...

A boy who looked to young to be a fresman but to old to be an 8th grader walked up to the gates of the seemingly barricaded school with a smile on his face and bag in his matalic hand. The first boy was accompanied by an older boy who seemd to be spacing out. the first boy turned to the second and said something. The second sighed and what appered to be a thick cloud of steem escaped along with the sigh.

Angel tilted her head to the side casuelly so that the black streak fell out of her face, "It's locked." she said rather bluntly to the two boys that stood at the gate before she turned back to the sea.

The first boy looked at her withe his multycolored eyes "Ohhhh Thank you lady!" his smile kind and his energey radiant. The second boy walked alittle to her left and looked out at the sea. he wanted to know what she was looking at...

Annelise ignored the two, one seemed over happy, the other a little to much the oppisite. As that thought swirled around her mind a question formed. "So...who are you guys?"

The hyper-ish one (its k love!) held out a hand to Annalise "I am Gale Uzumi, its a plesure to meet you." he seemed calm now. the second one bowed and said in a quiet voice "I'm Shiori".

"Hm..." the red head scooped up another stone and skiped it along the water. "Annelise Mercy. " she nodded her head in a mock bow and rose to her feet in the same motion. "What class and division are you two?" she crossed her arms, expecting them to be from the same class and such.

" well im division C..." Gale said with the same smile "nd im not quite shure what Shiori class is" he looked puzzled....
"B" was all that came out of shioris' mouth and even that was quiet.
"what class division are you?"he said with some amount of curiosity
