Water 7 is a city known for it's Shipwrights Water 7 had seven docks, each were large drydocks used for building ships. Each one was run by a different company. One day a student of Tom, named Iceburg united all 7 docks into one company, named Galley-La Company. Ever since the docks have worked as one, each taking orders and building ships as part of the same group, however Dock One is known for having the best shipwrights and building the best ships

trieze docked his small ship and head into town and walking into one of the taverns seeing one of his wanted posters and shrugged and sat at the bar"yo bar keep send over some beer" when it came he started to drink happily

treize walked out of the bar somewhat drunk and somehow got him self to the shore and saw a collapsed man and poked him with a stick"oi you alive"said drunkly"wake up hit him with a rock he found"oh i guess he dead"said drunkly
