Submitting to events and contests: PM ________ and we will post it up only if you have donated the entry fee required. We will take note on this people. no fee no enter it's that basic.
Withdrawing: If you wish to withdraw your entry you have five hours from submitting and paying the fee to withdraw your entry and be returned your gold. Other wise you have no submission and no returned gold and any other submission must be paid for too. Eddits are allowed only by request and you must give us a reason. (additional charges may apply.)
Event: An event is open to specified types of people depending on what we are looking for.
Contest: Any one can enter a contest.
Banner Contest.

What we're looking for: A banner that will reflect this world RP with the name on it. Flashy ones, static ones, colorfull black and white, movie like ones, be creative We're both artist ourselves and appriciate effort..
Time line:

Reward: The winner receives 60% of gold collected for competition.
Voting system:
Round one: Thread voting every one in the guild will be allowed to vote on their favorite banner by number you can only vote once a day second votes on same day will be thrown out.
Round Two: Poll vote we chose the top how ever many we want probably three or four and set up a poll thread where you can only vote once on a banner.
Round Three:(Only to occur if voting from round two is too close or tied.) Owner and moderator(s) decision. We take the top two and decide who wins. If we can't decide we will ask a non-partial third party(one of our family members or something.) To be the deciding vote unless our crew grows to an odd vote.
On any guild member voting if you would like to remain anonymous on the first one you may pm either crew member but don't try to double vote that way either we live together so it won't work.

What we're looking for: For each sub thread there are towns and villages. Well we have decided that each place will also have one major city where all can gather in peace. These will be centers of Peace and Trade so no fighting charas here or the authorities will toss you in jail and you must pay 5gold for every offense to the guild so your chara can get out.

Reward: 40 percent of the profit and you get to be mayor or something what ever you want to call it.
Requirements: To enter and win you must be a regular RPer who is willing to moderate your city thread. And up hold the laws for it. If you win but are found to abandon the thread you get one warning. The second we put your position up for auction to the highest bidder. And yess all bids must be submitted to the guild win or lose and you get ninety percent of it back. Even the winner.
