is the name of an island inhabited by giants. Interestingly, it is "fable" spelled backwards, leading some fans to believe that there are more than just giants on Elbaf. Being inhabited by giants also suggests that Elbaf must be a really big island like Arabasta.

Elbaf was first metioned during the Little Garden arc which is the home of Dorry, Broggy and later Oimo and Kaashi. Elbaf has its own gods and the giants would use the word "Elbaf" as a term of pride. Usopp wanted to go there, as he and Luffy celebrated after the Little Garden arc.

Elbaf pops up again during the Enies Lobby arc when Oimo and Kaashi, who were the crewmates of Dorry and Broggy, met with Usopp and sided with him. In the post-Enies Lobby arc, Oimo and Kaashi wanted Usopp to go with them to Elbaf but Usopp decided to rejoin his friends.
