To whomever this apartment is assigned, This is your own place. Do with it as you wish, but you must stick to the general floorplan [as exemplified by the pics in the "About the Complex" sticky]. You may have guests over and you may move in with other residents. Keep in mind, however, that every apartment on the first and second floors has only one bedroom. The third floor contains apartments with two bedrooms. You may move to the third floor at any time [but either DeirdreTonbo or Alexis D must first be notified]. Again, feel free to personalize your apartment and alter it as you see fit. Have fun!

Axi bent over the rack of equipment and pressed the master switch and stepped back. Various clicks and hums emitted from the rack as the equipment powered on. She turned the speakers down a bit, walked over and picked her Les Paul off its stand and walked back to her equipment as she plugged in, the speakers emitted static and chirps as the metal hook ups touched the metal of the guitar. The speakers grew silent as she pushed the hook up into the guitar itself. She proceeded to turn the volume up and tune the guitar. She sat on the floor as she had no furniture and began to play "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin. She closed her eyes as she played on. She quickly turned the knob on the face of her Les Paul turning the volume up, still hoping no one could hear her, and she played on.

Axi yawned after playing quite a few songs, she stands up, pulling the cord out of her guitar and letting it drop to the floor. She walked over and set her Les Paul on its stand placing an old shirt over it. She walked back over to the rack and shut off everything as she dragged her feet to her bedroom lying down on the mattress on the floor looking up at the ceiling sighing. "I really need to get a phone or something..." She suggested to herself, writing a mental note right under 'Talking to the land lord about sound policy regarding her music' but not knowing exactly where the land lord was or someone who could help her created a problem for her. She laid on the bed for a while before getting up to look in the refrigerator to look for something to eat, she was out of luck because she had yet to leave her apartment for any reason. She opened her front door and left it like that as she lay down on the floor hoping someone would walk by and notice.

As Asmaria walked back from the rec room, she noticed one of the doors was open. She looked inside and saw a young girl in baggy clothes and glasses laying near some sound equipment, including two guitars and what appeared to be another one covered by a T-shirt. Asmaria didn't really want to bother her, but she couldn't help but notice the sorrowful look on the girl's face. "Hey." she said, hoping to catch the girl's attention. "Are you new here?" she asked. ((Sorry, got to go, but I'll be back on tomorrow.))

Axi opened her eyes suddenly and looked over towards the door startled. "Woow, Hello, yes I am new here, just moved in, my name is Axi, whats yours?" She said trying to be as calm as possible. She got up off the floor and walked over towards the doorway. Trying to be as calm as possible, she tilted her head and smiled.

"I'm Asmaria." the raven-haired young woman said. "I just moved in a few days ago myself." she said, a little bit nervous. This was her first real conversation since she moved here, and she was afraid she'd slip up and say something to make Axi completely hate her. Asmaria had always been rather poor at social interactions. Her psychologist called it Asperger's Syndrome, or something like that. As Asmaria looked around the apartment from the doorway, she noticed there were no boxes in the kitchen or bags from grocery shopping. "Have you went shopping yet? Did you eat anything?" Asmaria asked.

She looked past her shoulder at the kitchen then back at Asmaria shaking her head. "No, I havent left the apartment since I moved my stuff in." She said sighing as she finished her sentence. "I've just moved in, set up my equipment and laid on the floor really." She added sounding a bit depressed.

"Well, if you're hungry, we could go to my apartment and I could fix you something." Asmaria said, looking at the brunette with interest. Why would Axi starve herself like this? Did she consider her music more important than her health? Or did she want independence so much that she would turn down an offer for a free meal, even if she hadn't eaten in a week? She was reminded of the character Kimiko from Fred Gallagher's webcomic Megatokyo, who refused to let her roommate buy food for her. Asmaria tilted her head, looking at Axi. "So how about it? Want me to fix you something?"

She looked Asmaria in the eyes and slowly noded her head. She hadent eaten in a while, thats why she hid he figure under baggy clothing. She walked back into her apartment to close her bedroom window and to make sure the shirt over her Les Paul was covering the entire guitar and walked back to the door to follow Asmaria to her apartment. "Ok, lets go." She said slowly.

Asmaria led the brunette to her apartment, watching her as she walked. Asmaria had always had a thing for glasses, in fact, the last guy she had dated wore glasses. There was just something about the intelligent look that made her heart flutter. ((Moving to Apartment 102.))

Asmaria sighed, pulling her trenchcoat closer to her in the cold, as she stared at the door. Here it was, apartment 115. This had been where they had first met. The memories flooded back to her, and tears ran down her cheek. The cold stung the path they created as the wind kicked up, and Asmaria shrank into her trenchcoat, kneeling by the door, and cried aloud, the tears pouring from her eyes.

"Nice apartment." Chadron leaned against the doorframe, looking it over. So much guitar equipment... how could anyone legally have this much? It was no different from her camera equipment, but it just seemed more mysterious. The place was certainly unique - and definently grunge. Cool.
"What, is there a band living here?" Chadron said, attempting to make a joke as she walked in, standing in the doorway and looking about the apartment.

She smiled slightly and sighed. "No, just me." She said as she entered her apartment slightly leaning against the rack of equipment. "Its nothing special really." She blushed a little at Chadron wondering why she had brought the camera.
She blushed as she pulled up the only chair in the room next to her and took Chadron's hand and sat her down. She sat down on top of her equipment and sighed slightly looking over at her. "What do you want to do?" She asked.

"Well, I thought we'd stop here so you could pick up your coat or whatever you needed to go shopping. Me, I'm fine with whatever" Chadron said, looking around. Yes, it was nothing special, but it was certainly homey. She moved her finger around the lense of the camera, looking about.
"You have... a lot of equipment." Chadron said, making smalltalk. "You said you worked in music - is that where you got all of this?"
