Note: This same thread was posted in the Gaia Job Center Guild!Hi, I'm PoppyPatch and I currently Co-Own Girl Support, and ALL girls' guild deticated to their needs/problems/life issues, ect. We also offer certain forums for them to have fun in such as contest/games, General Chat, Roleplaying, Trade/Sell & Buy, and Writers' & Artists Corner. This guild has hired crew members before, but they were never signing in. I was part of this crew, and I was the only loyal crew member. So, stabbingxdarkness, the owner of the guild said she would promote me to co-owner and she told me to delete all threads so that we could start fresh. She fired all of the crew members (even though they probably didn't notice, because they were never active) and we started over.
Recently I pm'd stabbingxdarkness to see why she hasn't been on lately, and she says that she's been very, very busy in real life and she can't handle to do anything with the guild currently. I've been trying to get the guild active for months now; inviting members, making banners, and advertising...but nothing seems to work.
I'm in desperate need of a crew of about 5-10 girls who think that they can help me get through this challenge. To be hired you MUST:
-Be a girl
-Be loyal and deticated to the guild
-Invite at least 3 people per week
-Enforce guild rules to the members
-Be nice and help me out
NOTE: There is no pay. I'm down to my last 1k and as most people on Gaia, I'm questing. stressed I can't afford to pay 10 girls every week. I NEED volunteers.
I know this is asking alot considering that you must be active, loyal, deticated AND there won't be any pay! I'm sincerely sorry about this, but I'm really desperate for a good crew. Look below for the positions we are taking.Positions-Thread Mods

How long a day your online: Depends, an hour at most, sometimes more if I'm bored.
Why you want this position: I quite like this guild, and I think more can be done to make it a worthwhile community for girls. ^.^ Not to mention I've left a few guilds I used to frequent due to it being not in my interests. But this interests me, seriously! This guild has got everything, roleplaying, discussions that really can't be discussed out in the open forums... yeah. I just think I can contribute to all of that in my own quirky way.
How will you be loyal? Well, I have a feeling that this guild I'll frequent most, since I left a guild I used to frequent, but it was all guys. >_< I want a change of people with the same gender as me, thank you very much!
Are you fine with no pay? Oh sure. I get most of my stuff from my art shop.
Anything else? I'm not exactly the most social person on Gaia, so I may have a bit of trouble recruiting. emo

How long a day your online: At least two hours per day, at most five hours.
Why you want this position: I usually have nothing else to do but wander about in Gaia, so this will give me something to do. XD That and, I just got out of a surgery, so now I really have nothing to do.
How will you be loyal? Keep recruiting people? I've been a Vice Captain in one guild before, until it closed, and that was a year and a half or so.
Are you fine with no pay? Yeah I am. I wouldn't know what to do with the gold if I did get paid, anyway. XD
Have you recruited before? If so, how many people can you get per week? Per day? Yes, and I can get five or so in a day, so times that by seven ( I'm on everyday, unless something major comes up. ) which is...35 people per week.
Anything else? I will be gone on July 2nd to July 7th. I don't know if I will get internet access to where I am going, so I'm just warning in advance.

Why you want this position: I could help the guild by doing the simplest jobs, which would just make my day, even if it's not much. I see a lot of potential for this guild.
How will you be loyal? I go to my guilds a least three times I am online on Gaia, so I guess I can fix something quickly if something goes wrong.
Are you fine with no pay? Yeah.
Anything else? There's birds making nests in our back patio. ( I didn't know what else to put in here, but I didn't want to leave it blank. XD )

Why you want this position:i love to help leople and i dont like negative post in guilds.
How will you be loyal? i will help all that i can and i will donate to the guild as much as i can.
Are you fine with no pay? yes helping people is enough pay for me it makes me happy and i again dont like negativity.
Anything else?i dont know if i can invite 3 girls a week but i can do my best and invite all of my femali friends.
