User Imageok this is who ireally want to go as,something that i dont think ever has been done before well atleast not at AB but i need help creating a costume well i can do the braids probley and the gun but i dont know how else to create it,but i have a long time till next year.idk how i am going to the floating hand mabye have someone paint it on?

Seems easy.
You could make the head pieces so that they clip on.
And if hallowed, set up a light inside perhaps? Or shiny green stuff.

The dress could be a form fitting material, or just cotton.
Still, pretty simple. Pick up some patters, or just make an extended shirt.
If you want it to be as form fitting, have a zipper to get in.
The arm, I suggest having an actual controller so it really fits.

White thigh-high boots?
Or a cover that goes up so high, and use an elastic to keep it in place?
You could also use 'sock tape' to keep it up.
I think there's a more generic name for it though.

As for the floating hand, doubt it.
Sorry, but maybe you should just make it connected?
I think it'll still look cool
