I don''t think I will ban people who have not posted. If I did, many members would be banned and it would be a very small guild! So I have decided to not make that decision. Just please post!! heart

That's good but i think you should ban people who have been in the guild for like 3 months and havent even posted once. That's my opinion.

well its because what if they were one vaction and forgot to tell us? and not many people go on vacation for 3 months thats a lot.

okay, I say we ban first all members who haven't posted at all (but only ban those who haven't posted and have been in the guild longer then 2 weeks)
(if you can't check who has joined and when they have, then just ban and send a letter to there account that they can rejoin if they want to...as long as they post, and that will just have been a warning)
Now, if you can check last time they posted then I think you should have it be set so that if they haven't posted about 3 months ago (vacation CAN be as long as 3 months...that's if they have a summer house or something or have family else where)
If not, then I think you should post, that in a time limit (say a month or two) that everyone must post a certain limit (also mail). Even if school does interfer or a job, they should atleast check atleast once and in the time limit.
My other idea is that you send a letter to everyone, and ban everyone and anyone who wants to rejoin can and will....you see inactive members have no reason to rejoin, so they hopefully will not...
My last idea as of now is that you ban everyone who hasn't posted a certain limit. Give warning of this limit. And then ban if they don't make it up...
Also, if you can check when they started, then you can determine how long they were in the guild...then you should make a min. for each amount (like every 3 or so weeks you needed to have alteast a min of 10....or something like that
that's all I have for now...

Well you idea's are good i think i perfer the one where you ban everyone and then pm them asking them if they wanna re-join i think thats good (but obiously ill only do it for 5 posts and under and depending how long theve been in the guild.) I just need okay with the other crew member.(sending all those pms will take time. oh well i wanna be a good mod)

I just need okay with the other crew member.(sending all those pms will take time. oh well i wanna be a good mod) can''t you do a mass pm? like...er, I dunno if gaia has this function, but other boards, you have the oppurtunituy to send to more then one person the mail. So, just go through the list and have a letter that is applicable to everyone.

Well maybe ya... i we could make a post that says in we dont recieve a pm of every member by the end of the month then the people who didnt send are banned well no i dont like the idea...

ya but what if you know its to late what if there in collge or university and cramming for test time and come winter the'll be able to go back on get it?
