A Place where vampires of elite class come together to enjoy their damned self where though you may be wanted nobody cares.
Come on in chat and have a good time till you die.

Takes place in a large mansion that has been cleared for a large dance floor with tables scttered onto the side. A orchestra is playing music off into the distant. As you enter you see a large chsndalier (candle lit). The room is lit but dim to portray the mood.

.... I remember my very last day alive. It was a nice day to live, but a greater day for death. I was trudging through the snow. It was very deep that particular day. Actually, the worst snowfall Ireland had seen in nearly a decade. I thought to myself, "Damn this eternal coldness. What manner of life can persist through this?" As if to answer, He found me before I found my home. It was a quick strike, I barely felt Him take me into his arms. He was assertive, but not aggressive. He just held on to me, like that of a father not wanting his child to board the carriage to his own family. I was held captive by His gaze. He had a most distinctive scar on his face. That is what made me so confused. How could this man be carrying me away like this? How was He flying effortlessly through the sky? When I saw him head to Chillingham Castle, I knew who He was. He was Lord Francis Drake MacNaughten. First Nobleman to settle in the New Ireland. I knew then, that I was doomed to die a thousand deaths over and over again...

~Meh, this could go either way. I like it. We could move it to the main forum, should it lose the fantasy atmosphere.

... That was the day I felt true death. Like nothing before, I wanted more and more. He was patient with me. Almost like training a new pet how to behave. It was trying, but he held steadfast. Patience and time was all we had...

Rubbing his sinuses from underneath his glasses, the speaker stretched his arms outward. He made himself comfortable in the large captains seat near the fire pit.

... I then realized what had happened. He had turned me from the light and enveloped me into eternity. I was a liver of un-life, a profaner of light, a Vampire. I had been turned for so long, I had forgotten about my wife and child...

-Slowly drifts through main entrance, nodding in turn to Peobody as he greets her-

-Gazes about for a moment, then curls up in a seat, not quite nearby, but close enough to the Lord as to hear his story, with unguarded curiousity upon her face-

" Wow I guess my place insn't as appealing as I hoped it would be," counts the people in the room on one hand. "This is going to be a long party." Grabs a chair and sets up at the door so I can easily greet people without exhaustion.

... So I went to see them. It has been a few years, so I silently watched on through the window pane. I saw my beautiful wife. She looked so happy, so full of life. She was talking a with a young lady, I recognized her, but she looked different somehow... Could this be my daughter, Anabelle, all grown up? She looked so much like her mother, it was scary. She had her long red hair pulled up to a small bun around the top of her head. Her face was dotted with freckle and turned red as she laughed at the joke her mother had told her. I admitted, I was jealous. Clearly, they had done well without me. I felt so lonely, so unwanted, so.... Dead...

I'm sorry guests, but this it trying my very soul... I need a drink.

Lord Michael has entered the room. As he stepped in a heaviness seems to appear. The density in the air is almost chokingly too strong. "What an interesting place."

The speaker gets up and walks over to the bar to get a drink. He feels a presence enter that he has never felt before. He pays it only a slight attention, so not to arouse suspicion. He walks back to his seat.

Ah, I have gained a few listeners. Good. Perhaps you can learn from a life lived in suffering. Where was I? Oh, right. I felt dead and cold. That's when I saw him. A man walked into the room and hugged my wife and put his arm around her. How dare he touch her! How dare he step into my home and desecrate it so! Anger overflowed in my empty veins. I wanted nothing more than to destroy him that very moment. That's when I heard His voice. I knew He wouldn't want me to act this way. How could I ignore this sensation? I wanted to feast upon his very soul so strongly that I forgot my Master's teachings. I tried with all of my might to get in, but something kept me from entering. I saw the three of them look up in horror at the sounds of me pounding on the walls ans windows. They looked out as if I were a beast, some sort of abomination. My own family felt fear from my actions....

Michael took a seat and gazed at this interesting being speaking to the crowd. "So what of it? Do not most individuals fear us as though we were simply wild animals?" He smiled. "This world has always been afraid of what they do not understand."

Looking up from the nothing he was staring into...

Yes child, they have. However, in this place, we are what we wish to be. I hold no grudges or misconceived notions about any of my guests. Humanity is a young race. Perhaps they may never be capable of accepting that which they do not comprehend. Perhaps what we are is beyond their comprehension. One can never know. They are chaotic in most regards, not unlike Nature Herself. Pray tell, what do you call yourself brethren? You look familiar...

"My name is Michael, a son of the son of Lilith...the Mother of the Night." He stood up to present himself. His eyes blank and his body loose. "Have you heard of my lineage?" He began to walk forward towards this man.

Watching carefully as Michael approached him, Lord MacNaughten searched his memory for clues to his bloodline. Nothing came to mind at that moment, but he stood to receive his guest appropriately.

Welcome Michael. I am Lord MacNaughten, and this is the Manor of [ Peobody ]. Tell me, what has wrought you so to have such an opinion?

He turns to his listeners...

Forgive me, but since we have nothing but time, shall I continue this tale for another time?

Lord MacNaughten stands tall at 6' 5". He had luxurious long white hair. Almost down to the base of his shoulder blades. It was slightly curly and the bangs were pulled neatly to the right side of his pale face. A small amount of hair was pulled across the back and braided into a single strand that faded into the rest of his hair. A broach with his bloodline's crest held the braid together. His pale skin looked as though it was made of silk. His eyes were deep. Like they had seen a millennium of lifetimes and died a thousand deaths. They were slightly red, nearly pink with small jet black pupils. His eyelashes were long and matched his pale white hair. They, indeed, looked invisible at first glance. His platinum glasses rested lightly on the bridge of his nose. They were round and the lenses were clear as crystal. He was certainly dressed as a Lord would be. Elegant trappings in the European style. He wore a long red coat with a bit of animal fur around the collar and down the center sides. Underneath, a crimson and navy blue vest. Tightly held closed with pure platinum clasps made in a pentagram design. His under shirt was a white- cream color with long ruffled sleeves. His pants were satin blue, almost the same color as the vest. They had intricate details sewn in them. Most of them were just fanciful designs, not depicting any known characters or the like. His boots were simple black polished leather.
As he stood, his elegant hair fell from his neck and shoulders and draped down his back.
