Oh my gosh Hurricane Katrina has to be one of the most devistating disasters in history! I've been watching the news everyday and can not believe the tragedy it has caused! gonk

eek Four days after Hurricane Katrina hit the people are fianlly getting aide, food and water! Where I live the Sheriff and 11 Deputies left this morning to head down south to offer Law Enforcement protection! Everyone is pitching in. The local tv station has raised over $250,000 in just 2 days. Collections are being taken up every where to help out. Some places here are even offering people jobs who have lost everything in the Hurricane.

President Bush is signing papers for 10.5 Billion dollars in relief. I have a feeling that it is going to cost a bunch more than that!!!
